After going through the drive through and returning home, I only then realized that the location had forgotten to give me my... sandwich (I only received my fries). Understanding that mistakes happen, I called the location back. I live about 15 minutesaway and would not be able to return today, so I explained to the employee who answered the phone the scenario and my hope thatthe purchase could just be refunded. I had the feeling I was being "handled" when the employee retorted I would still need tocome in for this to be rectified. Not understanding why I need to go out of my way to rectify a mistake they made, I jokinglyresponded with a light hearted "well, enjoy the free sandwich then." I received a scoff from the employee, apparentlyincredulous that I had the audacity to attempt a little levity in the situation, and then the call ended without any furtherwords. I'm left guessing that the employee was merely finished with the conversation and had no intention of attempting torectify this situation. I am now out ~$9.00, 30 minutes, and a meal (beyond just my fries). I am additionally astonished at thebehavior of the employee on the phone and his/her unwillingness to bend even a small amount in this situation. Edit 12/8/22: Iwas contacted by the manager of this location regarding my issue. He stated that they do not keep credit card information norare they able to take credit card information over the phone, thus explaining the employee's response to my refund request overthe phone. I understand this policy, which is being labeled as "for my security"; however, I doubt the validity on the basis ofthe fact that I've not seen a problem with the Point of Sale terminals not being able to rerun a transaction without needing anadditional card swipe. This would (in some fashion) store credit card information, right? Surely there must be a similar way toreverse the transaction without needing the physical card. I digress - the reason for this review was to Read more

Order food had to ask for my card back. Not given my fries or nuggets for my Biggie Bag which is all I personally ordered. Tried... to go in doors locked. Try calling twice no one wants to answer the phone. Get back in line and after 15 minutes took the lossbecause I had not only my food but a co workers as well. Absolutely ridiculous and I don?t spend money to not get what I paidfor. Read more

Just got back to my office with my drive thru order. Tocco salads should have tortilla chips I thought. Also. The few shreds... of wet soggy cheese in the lettuce are almost undetectable. Hardly worth $9.25. Read more

I have tried twice to eat at this location around 5-5:30pm, and both times the workers (still in uniform and with the headset)... were standing in the parking lot, talking and smoking, and told me they closed for the day. Just not a reliable restaurant tostop at. Read more

I became a huge fan of the Wendy's at 191st and 31 during the pandemic. I work outdoors and detested having to sit in a cramped,... uncomfortable truck to eat lunch. Also, the truck couldn't go thru a lot of drive thrues. I don't remember a single time that Ididn't eat inside there. It was worth the time to drive there. Plus, I love their food. A double win for me. Read more

This Wendy's is consistently one of the worst in Hamilton county. Fries are usually cold and stale, the Frosties are barely... frozen, more like cold chocolate milk. The last burger I ordered was borderline safe and the bun was cold and the cheese nevermelted. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Read more

We dined at Wendy?s in Westfield today. The food was hot and tasty. The Biggie Bag was a good value today. The order was correct... as ordered. We were first in line but by the time I was finished ordering, 4 people were behind us. Mark tried to be quick butno one opened up another register. Hence 4 stars. Plus, they were out of Coke!
