Brought the girlfriend and her daughter out to eat. Took a couple minutes to get a server but it was acceptable. The table was... not set when we sat and had to wait for silverware once the meal was served. Again, not a big deal as the server noticed and gotthem right away. Food portions were smaller than I would have like for the price. Also, a refill on my drink would have beennice towards the end of the meal. Desert was nice but the girls were full afterwards. Food was good but waitress didn't come back for refills on drinks, to clear the table of dishes, or to give the check. Hated... having to ask the other waitress since they had their own tables. Not that busy either. Read more
99 is ok. Pretty much what you expect from the franchise. Above average food quality, but steep prices. The service could be... better. Most times I didn't have a problem with service. There have been some exceptions however, like when one of my waiterssaid to me in front of my mother that I looked like I had resting B-Face (I'm not writing it out completely in case there arekids reading this). I was nice to her the whole time, and she still got a decent tip, but I am more hesitant to come here afterthat experience (not that I never do, because I will every once in a long while). Read more
I'm sitting here watching multiple people who came in after me sipping on their drinks and placing their orders when I finally... received my silverware a moment ago and haven't even been asked what I want to drink yet. Pathetic can I say? Update, over 15minutes later I stopped a waitress who stated this was not her section but she took out order. Update 2: I talked to themanager on duty and she had a positive response. 45 minutes after arriving we have received our drinks. Update 3: after thefact. We did receive our food exactly one hour and one minute after arriving. The food was amazing. Three stars over all. Leftan extra big tip for the waitress. Read more

The staff was nice. Our waiter was great! Kept up with our drinks and kept us supplied with popcorn while we waited for our... food. The food was amazing! The portions were generous. I had ribs my boyfriend had shrimp. Yum! Read more
