Poor management. People don't listen so order was incorrect. Called to get it fixed after waiting at the front counter for 20... minutes and being ignored. Don't recommend going as they no longer care about getting it right. Was hung up on. Called corporateoffice and was basically ignored there too. Paid for food we couldn't eat dude to a allergy. excellent customer service. wait times weren't long at all. the m.o.d. was very understanding about my situation with my phone... and my bk app not letting me process my order. we were able to resolve the issue... the store has changed since I worked there afew years ago. and its looking like it could get a lot better than it used to be. if I didn't have a full time job lined up Iwould definitely try and apply there again. Sent my friend over to get my food for me because my feet do not work I am handicap and they refuse to let him buy two different... meals and coupons even though I called them and told them I was handicapped they totally ignored me and I thought this wasreally disgraceful of a company to do that to someone that is handicapped and cannot make it to the facility to buy it on theirown and I had to send somebody else to get it for them I think the manager and the person I spoke to on the phone were less thancompassionate towards my situation being handicapped is hard enough being hungry and handicap is even tougher so thank you toJosh and the manager for refusing me my dinner tonight because I was handicapping to not make it there myself Read more

It's fast food so you can't expect there menu to be healthy. I have had bad encounters with customer service here even though at... least 70% of my encounters with customer service have been fine. There has been a few times when they got my order wrong (notevery time). They have been short staffed (like most businesses during COVID). They are cheap, and if you use there coupons youcan get a meal for 3-5 dollars which is insanely cheap. It's Burger King food so it tastes good. I have some complaints but notenough for me to stop coming here from time to time. Read more
Worst customer service ever! Coworker and I visit this location for lunch on occasion, whoever was in charge was extremely rude.... After ordering and sitting in the drive thru line my coupon code on the app kicked me out when logging back in at the window thecode wouldn't pull up. The person that took the order also insisted to see the code at the window, but because it would not loadthe coupon wasn't honored and we were forced to pay $27.99 for 2 whopper meals as opposed to the $10.99 offered with the coupon.When asked for ketchup they insisted it was in the bag, was finally giving after the 3rd request thankfully seeing that onceback to work there was no ketchup to be found in the bottom of the bag. Food was extremely cold. On a separate occasion whenpurchasing the 2/$5 promotion was denied the option to add cheese for an upcharge. I was told the sandwiches could only bepurchased as is??? Never experienced such a thing at a fast food place. The customer service at this location needs work to saythe least. Read more
Disgusting. Raw food don't even bother going I can't believe they just served me that , I could of eat that and gotten very... sick or worse ! The General manager needs to step up there game! Read more
There is not really a whole lot so you about this Burger King. Other than stay away there's other places to eat in the area.... That would be a better choice even McDonald's not to mention their prices are ridiculously high. You order a hamburger and alarge Coke and it's like $10 Read more
