Generic just like every other Dunkin' Donuts. Good donut terrible sandwich awful coffee... for me Dunkin' Donuts in a nutshell.
Dunks is an institution in New England, but like every large corporation, they don't pay their workforce enough to care about... what they're doing. As a result, a dozen choc-glazed munchkins is almost never a full dozen, I call them on it every time but Irealize it's only partially their fault. Went around 10 this morning and had the worst customer service ever. I go to this dd all the time and usually great service. But... this morning I was treated terribly because I expected to be waited on and not ignored. To make matters worse the "entitled"workers started talking about me while I was still there. Actually wanted to start crying before I left. Have never beentreated like this before and really hope someone takes notice. Read more
This is the 2nd most dependable Dunkin I know about in Westfield, the other one is by the cemetery, almost every other visit I... end up getting nasty burnt hash browns but then the other visits they're great. Excellent ?????????????? always fast, drive through or walk in to lobby there is always plenty of staff running like a well... oiled machine. You may even see the owner making your coffee ??. Always friendly and remember my name and my order which is justnice. Always clean and well kept and recently remodeled. They have THE BEST DOUGHNUTS ???? they make them right in the back!Other towns do not compare. Everything is always fresh and yummy ???? Read more
Tatiana ruined my first experience with Dunkin. This was my first time since moving to the East Coast going through the drive... thru and ordering coffee and donuts. I waited in line and when I got to the speaker I waited for another couple of minutes to begreeted by a deep voiced woman who says "what do you want?". I said "Hi" and she, in a foul tone, mocked me. I ordered for meand my 2 children who were with me and my 11 year old son commented on how rude the lady was. She only took the order. The ladythat took my money and gave me my items was very nice but refused to tell me the ladies name on the intercom. I asked anotherlady who came to the window and she let me know. I want to try again but it will definitely not be at this location. I knowyou're not bothered by it Tatiana but my first experience at DD was ruined because of you and my 2 children in the car thatwitnessed your nasty attitude have more kindness and respect. The coffee was okay but can you try a liquid sweetener so it'snot like drinking sand. Donut holes (munchkins) were very tasty. We purchased glazed and powdered. Glaze definitely takes theribbon. They were moist and delicious. Highly recommend those at a different location. Read more
Excellent. Surpassed all my previous visits of West Coast Dunkins. East Coast Dunkins rule????
Used to love dunki, however it's coffee has got weaker, there selection less and quality had gone down in the whole chain
