Our catering order for a large lunch was placed via EZ cater on 2 pm on Friday for delivery on the following Monday at 11:30am.... The order was accepted and all appeared on track. At 10:56am on Monday we received notification that the order had been canceledby Peppermill Catering because they had a larger wedding order and couldn?t help us anymore. We had to scramble to find analternative vendor with less then 30 minutes notice, making everything late and rushed. This was completely unprofessional andcould have easily been avoided had Peppermill simply reached out to us in advance to tell us our lunch order wasn?t importantenough to fill and we should find service elsewhere. Food was absolutely terrible, soggy pasta, very undercooked veggies and rice pilaf that had n flavor. Asked for some salt and... pepper and was told that there wasn?t any!!!!! Would not recommend at all!!!!!!! Read more
