Westfield Starbucks is super fast..you need alot of patience for the other stores. When I'm out of town, other places don't know... how to change their gear when it gets busy. I know some people's coffees are crazy modified, but you guys still got the drivethrough speed. Good job. Read more
Ayo, I just went to Starbucks for the first time every today (8/2/22) and lemme just say?.. F DUNKIN!!!!! All of their coffee... tastes the same, and it?s always made wrong, but today, my experience at this Starbucks is was out of this world. The coffee isreal, and the employees are super helpful! !!STAY AWAY!! If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on customers. Don't ignore customer orders when it's you're... getting paid to take them. If you don't want to do your job, don't go to work. Don't take your problems to work. Don't make fakeorders for the customers and try to make them pay for it. Hire staff that can provide customer service and take a simple orderregardless of their day. (It was only 10am). The conversation went like this(4 customers in the car): "Hello I'd like 4 drinks.I'd like 2 cafe lattes." "2 mango dragon fruit lemonade Starbucks Refreshers with Oat Milk Venti" "What? No. 2 cafe lattes. "2kiwi starfruit lemonade Starbucks refreshers with Oat milk" "No. Cafe. Latte." "2 Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade StarbucksRefreshers with Oat Milk Venti" "No." "Yes." "No I don't want that." "That will be ____" "No. Can you take our Order? Hello?Hello? Can your take our order? I'm trying to order." Passenger: "I used to work at Starbucks. They keep their headset on. Shecan hear you.." We decide to just pull up at the window...of course we hear her speak to the other customers after we move ourcar up. We explained to the lady at the window that we didn't order those drinks and we'd like to order. She gets the otherlady we were just speaking to instead. It begins again. "Can you take our order? I don't want those drinks." "Then why did yousay yes." "No, can can you take our order?" "Oh youre trying to order here at the window?! You have to park over there." "Nowe're trying to go to a funeral. We want 2 cafe lattes. We have 2 more people here waiting to order." Notice how she didn'ttake our order. "No you have to park over there" At this point we just sit there trying to figure out what it's going to taketo get a 2, 2 ingredient drinks. Best starbucks in western mass in my opinion. I'm never disappointed and the staff are wonderful. If you want a coffee, latte or... breakfast sandwich the way you like it, doesn't taste freezer burned and consistent each time than this is your place. Read more
