It was the worst food we ever had, No Ac!! Yes No AC we regret going there, the owner was so rude, he doesn?t want you to... complain he start arguing with us when we mentioned the rice was dry? it was a very bad experience, we paid $70 for a non ediblefood, we didn?t want any problem since the owner is the one who serve the food too, he?s so cheap that he doesn?t want to hireemployees and pay for an AC.. so you can imagine what food quality he can offer. We just paid and left and we will never go backthere. Avoid this place is serving garbage? and he expecting you to eat and don?t complain? Read more

I ordered the low carb shrimp which came with grilled shrimp over a bed of desert dry spinach smothered with cheese. There was... no Pico, guac, which I had to order extra. The drinks were virgin margaritas which tasted like water with a packet of sugar andgreen food coloring. Waiter seemed to be dazed. A few things we wanted to try while exploring the menu werent available and andasked why waiter was clueless i.e. the chicken tortilla soup which he claimed "used to be very popular." So we generally LOVE Tinga?s food, their flavors are great. We used to frequent pre-pandemic and now order delivery all the... time. However I?ve been very disappointed the last four times we ordered and I even brought it up the last two times prior toordering, hoping to avoid further disappointment. All of the sudden their quesadillas have barely any cheese.. Like, tons ofvery flavorful chicken but barely visible cheese. It?s so dry and hard to eat, we?ve had to add our own cheese every singletime. The last two times we ordered we even specifically asked for extra cheese and they still came with barely any (see photo)and had to add more. One of our orders was a group order and everyone complained of the same thing. Thankfully we had extracheese in our fridge to go around. But that shouldn?t have to happen - it's a quesadilla, never would I expect to have to askfor cheese! Normally I wouldn?t write a review for a single item but having brought it up several times and even after asking,not getting what we ordered, it?s just very disappointing. I purchased two Orders of the chicken tacos with rice and beans for take-out. Was let down by the taste. The chicken was super... dry and had no seasoning, that I could taste. The rice and beans were very bland and not really appetizing, small portion.Definitely will not be ordering again. The worst $22.50 spent! Read more
Came in here with two friends for lunch, we were seated right away. Service was quick and food was good. Tinga definitely has to... be one of best Mexican restaurants that I?ve been too in Union county. Read more
My husband and I each ordered the BBQ brisket sliders (these are mini tacos) they were so good, so flavorful and perfectly... cooked brisket. My husband also got the avacado fritas I tried a bite even though I generally don't like avacado and they werereally good, the dipping sauce is amazing! This place is a gem. Read more
