"Can I have just a hamburger and medium fries." Well, apparently these words were taken quite literally, for I received an... order of medium fries and... a hamburger patty and two buns. No ketchup, no pickles, no onions... just a slab of ground meat andtwo pieces of bread. I'd rank it in the top 3 driest things I've ever had in my mouth, right behind the beach sand I ate as ababy and the cotton-balls that were shoved in there after getting my wisdom teeth removed. I suppose if I visit again I'll justhave to imagine that I'm ordering from Amelia Bedelia and be careful with my wording. (The fries were nice at least. Supersalty, which I love, although I imagine it would have been too much for many.) *edit: I found my receipt and apparently Iordered a cheeseburger... Parking is limited and terrible to get out with the drive thru so close. Service was RUDE and Very Slow. Too much standing... around and not doing their job. Floors and tables were dirty. Would not recommend and definitely not eating at that slump again Read more
As Mc Donalds go this one in Westfield NY was the best. Imagine you order a big Mac and the whole sandwich is on the buns.
Great, fast service with a smile! Sandwich was disappointing . Two small pieces of tomato smaller than 50 cent pieces. Thae... chicken was done nicely but was stringy. Nothing the employees had control over. Read more
10-26-21. This McDonald?s is open for business and properly staffed. Very friendly. Inside service and the restrooms were... accessible which is not the case with all McDonald?s (or any other services) these days. Restrooms were a bit tired but clean. There coffee was great as were the egg McMuffins. The trick to getting a fresh hot McMuffin is to order it with regular baconso they have to make it special for you. Very friendly staff, clean establishment, and the food was made quickly. We didn't have to wait long.
A simple order of a value chicken sandwich and coffee took twenty minutes at 11:45am. While I waited two customers came in with... complaints of missing items from their drive thru orders. My food was warm, nit hot but tasted fine. Read more
Very clean and nice service. Not sure why this location has mediocre reviews. The staff is friendly and professional.
