Food here was good. They were able to seat us - a party of 8 - quickly. So quick, in fact, that I was surprised that every... customer was asked if they had a reservation. We?re not local, so maybe that?s something to consider if you?re from out of town.Our server was great. My only complaint was the no credit card policy, which is surprising in this day and age. Another thing toconsider before going- make sure you have cash (or a check). I?m sure it?s nice for the business to not have credit card fees.4/5 would recommend. Read more
It was really busy when we went here on a Friday night. The hostess got us seated pretty quickly though. That?s were it ended.... It took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we received our food and we only ordered a meatball park andItalian sand which. Service was ok. Read more
Being newer to the Westfield area, Bark Grill was last on our list of restaurants to try. The Hostess who greeted us couldn't... have had a more bubbly welcoming personality. Our Waitress got to our table quickly to take our drink order and to tell us aboutthe numerous dinner specials. We definitely got there at the right time, as things got quite busy 15 minutes after we came in.Our food came out in a timely manner as well. One of our food items did not come out as ordered, but our Waitress could not getback over to check on us, as she was quite busy with her other tables (no fault of hers). When she did come to check on us, shewas very apologetic about the one item. The Hostess also came to check on us, and also apologized. Our Waitress then came back asecond time, and let me know that the staff was embarrassed by this, and would make restitution with us, which they did. Hard to overstate all the great features of the Bark Grill. First time we've been here but it won't be the last. Mmmm! We... were seated quickly, by VERY friendly efficient staff. The Bark Grill has a wonderfully diverse and expansive menu with manyItalian options, among others. (some of tonight's other specials were chicken & biscuits, prime rib, steamed mussels and abroiled seafood platter.) My husband ordered the spaghetti with meatballs, while I had a custom order of my own concoction--linguini with steak in vodka sauce. Excellent. The steak in particular was very tender and flavorful--something that isusually not the case when I've added steak to a salad or dish at other restaurants. Meatballs are also excellent per myhusband. Definitely planning to come here again! Our meals were under $20 each. House wine is $5.50 per glass. Mine was a CAPinot noir and was decent. (Note to others:.
