It wasn't super late but it wasn't early either and I was a bit disappointed. We only ordered 1 large fry and it didn't take too... long but for the amount of time it took I did expect them to be fresh, they were not even close to being fresh. However I alwaystry to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe someone was having a bad day or etc. So that's why 4 stars instead of 3, andother than the time and freshness nothing else was wrong. The staff were friendly and courteous so that's a plus. Too many timesnowadays people are rude and impolite and it seems they are like that just for the sake of not being nice. Read more
I pulled into the parking lot and ordered my food at 10:15 am, using the app, then got in the drive-thru line. When I got to the... speaker and gave them my code I was told to pull ahead. By the time I got to the window it was 10:35 am and I was told theyweren't serving breakfast anymore!!!! ???? 1 - Not my fault the line was long and full of citidiots who couldn't make up theirminds. My order was placed and confirmed before 10:30 am - I should have been able to get my food. 2 - They could have told me"no breakfast food" at the speaker where I had a chance to pull out. By waiting until I got to to the window I was now stuck inline due to a curb and parked vehicles. So I had to wait for the cars in front of me to get their food while I was literallywaiting for nothing. Read more
Today?s visit at the McDonald?s in Westfield Wi on 7/24/22 was less than respectful around 1:00 PM. The restaurant had no inside... dinners and no body waiting to place an order. The young man at the register stood there without a greeting but waited for mydaughter and I to make our discussions. After placing our order he gave me our receipt in which I asked for the drink cups. Hereplied and said they would come with our carry out order. I asked again if we could have the so we could fill the drinks whilewe wait. He in turned asked the lead line manager and she told him ?no?. When the line Manager give me our food and drinkcups I mentioned that I believed it was poor service to make customers wait for drink cups. She replied ?Well go somewhere elsenext time? and ?Have a Nice Day?. The comment ?Have a nice day is only? is used to stop confrontation, I get it, but it wasthey way she kept saying it over and over to me as I filled my drink and while exiting the restaurant. I will certainly takeher advise and go to another restaurant next time I stop in Westfield. I travel through the area often but will differently takeadvise of a rude manager and not spend my time or money in her restaurant again. Read more
I started to order with my family at the drive-through and then was told they wouldn't serve me due to having a trailer attached... to my truck. 1st he was rude about it, 2nd there was no sign stating trailers weren't allowed, and 3rd it's probably one of theeasiest/larger drive-throughs McDonald's has. I entered the drive thru and started my order at 1026am. But, when it came time to pay it was 1031 and after breakfast hours.... So, they wouldn?t let me order my one breakfast item of a sausage McMuffin. Because of one minute. Even though I started talkingto the drive thru ?lady? BEFORE 1030am, she wouldn?t let me order. What happened to the good ole? days where people actuallycared about helping, cared about customer service and actually WANTED to help?
