If you count 5 pieces of bacon on a footlong a rip off then avoid westfield subway. When I asked for a little bit more they got... sassy and charged for double meat for 5 more pieces. People were also to busy gossiping to care. Read more
They were pretty slow today & overloaded my sandwiches with vegetables, which is theoretically a nice thing to do, but just... ended up causing my dinner to be super soggy by the time I got home & was able to eat it. Staff was friendly & polite asalways. They get 4 stars because they are usually really great. Read more
Thanks to a exceptionally well trained individual by tbe name of Nigel. Customer service ways above and beyond. Very... knowledgeable of products as well as his demeanor. His ability to make an ordinary sandwich have the presentation and quality ofa fine dinery was amazing. Westfield...you need to make this man known. Manager sounds about right!! Only giving a two star cause I love subway. Miss attitude that was working today making my sandwhich about 12:30 black tshirt... needs a little training in customer service. Be nice to people and at least act like you like your job instead of making itobvious that us customers are bothering you. I'll eat somewhere else next time because I would hate to bother you!
