This is 100% the worst business I have ever been to. Issue 1 constantly closed with zero notice and if it is open it?s online... orders only. The staff is rude and condescending. If your even capable of getting food. Smaller portions and higher price. Theonline orders are chaotically slapped together and always missing something. The chubby girl with glasses and nose piercing is the most rude, unprofessional and needs be taught the basics of etiquette.... Been consistently having bad experiences since months but never thought to leave a review. The woman is racist and derogatory.Management needs to take action on the rep. Closed on the weekend with no signage and the lights and sign were still illuminated. We couldn't believe it. Working in Boston... we understand some of the lunch places that service the office buildings aren't open on weekends, but a national chainrestaurant in a suburb seems really odd and off putting. Guess we'll think twice about Chipotle in the future. Read more
Wow - we were appalled that they only do online orders. We walked in and were promptly scolded and walked out. Then we placed... an order online, 15 minutes later we walked back in to collect our order. Now there?s no problem with the staff. Very friendsfolks. However I must say that the portion size was absolutely atrocious. A member in my party orderred double meat and he?sgotten more meat on a single in Bedford vs double in Westford. I can?t express in words how disappointed I was with lunch. Ipod 26 dollars for half a scoop of rice with a little cheese on top. This is completely unacceptable. Never again will I setfood in chipotle Westford ma. They shouldn?t even call themselves a chipotle. If you want chipotle go to Bedford or Billericabut at all costs I highly recommend you stay far away from chipotle in Westford. Read more
This location is almost never open and has completely inscrutable hours. It's too bad because Chipotle is one of my favorite... places to get takeout from and this location is really convenient for me, but I'm just never going to go there again if it'snever consistently open. Read more
Chipotle food is exquisite. When I walked in, I saw that my friend was working at the time. I said "Hello" and and asked her how... she was doing. Keep in mind that there were no customers behind me so I wouldn't have been causing a hold up. A worker namedZach had rudely asked if I was getting anything, which I replied with "No." He proceeded to tell me we can't be doing that here(communicating with my friend), that I had to leave, and that my friend can't socialize at work (which is reasonable, yet we hada simple conversation asking how each other was). l felt as tho I was punished for simply being generous. Never open. It's been 6 months since i've been able to go here. Employees inside, doors locked at 3:30pm on a Thursday. WHY?... Lack of employment, perhaps? Raise pay, not price of food. Competitive pay promotes stronger employee retention, which leads toincreased hours of restaurant operation, which gives the opportunity for customers crazy enough... to pay $20 for a burrito. Corporate, please reflect on these facts: Customers are willing to pay your prices, but can't when the store is closed. Youremployees are finding better wages at Wendy's.
