I always come here for lunch time i only have half an hour to make it back to work, i make sure i order online ahead of time !... Sadly they don?t know how to toast a bagel. Any employee who looks at a bagel and sees no change in color on the bread and... serves it as toast and then doesn?t offer to toast it again when asked needs to be dismissed. This is sad. This Panera in particular has alot of rude and disrespectful employees including & especially the male manager. They take way... too long with doordash orders, missing pick up times, and prioritizing pick up/online PANERA orders over doordash orders whichisnt okay to the paying customers waiting for their food, nor the driver bringing said food. And SOMETIMES when the food isready, they wont hand it over because its not in 'the order"(aka prioritizing Panera Online orders incorrectly). Servsafe/Theboard of health would LOVE to hear how long the food is sitting in some of these places. I wouldnt order Panera Doordash If Iwere you. Read more
I work at the petco in the same plaza as this Panera bread. I can't walk to get my food since the walk would take up most of my... break. I ordered my food on an app at 3pm it said it would arrive at 4:06 then it got pushed back to 4:15 and it was finallydelivered at 5:03pm. The driver for my ordered waited there for over 45 minutes to get my order and he had messaged me when hearrived at the Panera so I know it wasn't his fault it was so late. I could also see his location on the app and saw him sittingoutside waiting to get my order. I think the Panera completely forgot about my order to be honest which was extremely annoyingfor me and the driver. Their customer service is not great and they don't seem to care that much when they mess up or forgetabout your order. They also forgot my chips which was also very annoying. Read more
i have never been to a Panera that adds so much cream/cheese to the mac and cheese, like because theirs more melted cheese/cream... theirs less macaroni. They scam you with the mac and cheese in this panrea and give u less macaroni and more meltedcheese/cream. I?d recommend going to a different Panera if your gonna get mac and cheese from this panrea or ask them for lessmelted cheese so theres more macaroni, I haven?t tried that but if i do I?ll come back and let you guys know if it gives me moremacaroni Read more

Food was good. I think the 1 sandwich could have been made better. Hardly any sauce on the 1 sandwich, certainly nothing like... the picture displayed in the window which had visible sauce on the chicken sandwich, could hardly taste it on mine. Everythingwas fresh and place was clean. Read more
