I dont have a lot of experience with Indian food, but the food here was very good to me. Very flavorful. There were three of... us and the food was brought out in stages which I don't particularly care for, but I will say, the advantage to this waseverything was piping hot! I will definitely be back. Amazing food! The service was wonderful and quick, and everyone was very nice and attentive! We got the chicken tikka masala,... plain naan, and mango lassis. Since this was our first time, we ordered a spice level of 0 to be safe, but my partner and Iwere satisfied and will be more than willing to order a higher spice level the next time we eat here (which will hopefully bevery soon)! Today was my birthday and my husband planned surprise dinner at this place. I am strictly dairy free. Srihari accommodated our... request for dairy free food and made sure we had a good time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectincluding food, music, dining arrangements. He even made us complimentary salad decorations. The service was very good. We have tried several dishes at Biryani Hut from multiple visits and take-outs. The restaurant offers a wide range of classic... Indian dishes and selected South Indian dishes. In my opinion, the chef is incredibly talented to ensure the dishes haveauthentic flavors yet are tailored to midwestern tastes. Stick with their biryani and avoid other menu items. Their chicken dum biryani was delicious but we almost ended up calling... them thinking we had mistakenly gotten the egg biryani since the two drumsticks were buried under rice. Their chicken saag currywas bitter and not as buttery/creamy as saag I've had at a dozen other Indian restaurants. Their Apollo fish fry wasdissappointing as it was a soggy sweet and sour fish as opposed to a crispy fried fish that I was led to believe by their menudescription. Ordered paneer Tikka masala with no issues, went to pick up my order and the cashier moved the tip jar over and said " if you... want to leave money, you can leave it there". Keep in mind he had my credit card in his hand. Once home, we live 30 minutesaway I noticed my order was incorrect and my naan was hard as a brick!!! I called and the cashier to voice my concern, which Iwouldn't normally but the food was $30+ and I drove 30 minutes to get it. The fact that the cashier had the audacity to ask fora tip- was very rude. When he answered he was not only rude, but rather than listening to me voice my concerns he continues tocut me off when attempting to speak! We won't be back to this established- ever! I have been eating in Biriyani Hut for the last few years! This is definitely one of the best Indian restaurant in Cleveland.... Both chicken and goat biriyanis taste delicious! All the other non-veg preparations are good too! The staffs are well manneredand humble!
