This was a very nice place to visit. The atmosphere was was very formal. Definitely for upper class but the prices were actually... pretty reasonable. The service was very nice and knowledgeable. He asked if we been here before witch I haven't and he gave me arun down of the menu. I liked that they had alot of vegan options since I'm vegan. Both my rolls and my miso was delicious andvery flavorful. I could tell the miso was fresh. They had a big saki selection with I love trying new saki. This is a nice placeto bring a important date. I liked the sealing decore. I would come here again but only for special occasions. I also like thatthey had Daly specials. If you have the money to spend I recommend giving this place a try if you like sushi ???? Read more

OMG this is literally the BEST SUSHI you'll ever have. I have tried Blue Sushi in Kansas so I was already entering with high... expectations & this place did not disappoint. I visited with a friend & we had the calamari, 2 different kinds of vegan sushi(one with mushrooms and the other with vegan tuna, shrimp called as "hot night") & non alcoholic drinks. Everything wasabsolutely mind-blowing!! If no one told me that I was having vegan sushi, I swear I wouldn't even be able to tell thedifference. Yes, I'd know it's not shrimp or tuna but I'd certainly think it's a different variety of fish I'm having!!! Theflavors & texture were spot on. Also, the sushi itself was rolled just the way it should with thin layers of rice & flavorfulfillings, cut into bite sized pieces unlike most other Americanized sushi places that create this gigantic sushi pieces withthick layers of rice that you can't even pick up or put into your mouth & simply drenched in sauces but zero flavors inside.Extremely happy with my experience & highly recommend it!! My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner on a spontaneous date night prior to a movie. His name escapes me and isn't on the... receipt (just says PM Bar B) but our server was great, started talking movies when we told him our plans, super friendly quickand efficient service! Pictures is the Mango Crab Rangoons with extra mango sauce (extra is a must!) The Snow White roll, andwhat is my wife and my new favorite the Tidal Wave roll. Something else that really stood out to me is as we were finishing upI witnessed some one completely clear everything off the tables around us and wipe the tables and chairs down(with differenttowels too! I love Blue Sushi Sake! I could scream that on the top of my lungs. You can feel the difference in your body when you eat... generic sushi versus Blue Sushi Sakes sushi. I cannot count how many times I have been here or ordered online. Waiters and hostsare always nice and giving excellent service. Every food item is always delicious! The ambience is amazing. I love Blue Sake Sushi and I love that they have a vegan menu! It makes it so great for pregnant mamas who can’t eat raw fish!
