Ugh, cold food, onions in our fruit salad, no toppings for our soup. This location is not good. Update : bumping my stars from... two to four. The staff today was efficient and friendly. The cups and drinks were stocked, my soup was HOT. I think there isstill a bit of room for improvement, the drink station floor and counter are sticky, there is no sanitizer in the sanitizerstand, but much improved. Read more

Their takeout is bad with no effort made to make sure what they give you is what you ordered, somehow my cup of broccoli cheddar... soup turned into a tuna salad sandwich. Bad customer service: I placed an order online for rapid pick-up. Asked someone about my order stating that it was marked ready... and they said it wasn't. So I waited patiently for 30 minutes after my ordered had been marked ready. Asked someone else aboutmy order. I was approached by 2 employees and told they didn't have an order under my name so I showed them proof. Then one ofthe employees tried handing me the wrong order and out of nowhere someone else handed me my order like it had been hiding in theback. Thankful I got the right order at least but disappointed nobody cared to ask why I had been waiting 30 minutes for a to-goorder. Read more
This Panera was absolutely awful! The service was slow, and the staff forgot to put in the butter for my bagel as well as my... fruit cup! We waited almost 30 minutes for our order to be complete as the staff also forgot to finish my mother?s drink. Whenthey did finish it, they just left it on the counter without informing me or my mother that my drink was done! My mother finallysaw the drink, but we were extremely upset that we had to wait an extra ten minutes do to the staffs lack of awareness andcommunication. Don't bother. Dining room was filthy. Asked for bagel to be toasted, they didn't. Cream cheese cost more than bagel and came... in a premade cup. Coffee ok.Employee acted like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. Disappointing. Read more
