Remember the first time you saw the TV series Cheers, where everyone who entered was made to feel comfortable and in a friendly... atmosphere? Well Stonehouse grill is that place. The atmosphere is friendly, the wait staff are outstanding, they make you feelat home the moment they come to your table. It has a wonderful array of choices to pick from their menu and a full bar as well.My favorite happens to be the fish and chips which they serve on Friday or all during Lent. The portions are truly feeling andbeautiful to look at and the whole experience is that sweet comfort of being able to relax and have friendly chatter and anoutstanding meal. Little pricey but my salad was huge. I've only sat on the patio here so I can't comment on the restaurant interior. The patio... is relatively quiet considering the restaurant is on a main road I ordered the strawberry salad. It was 2 meals. They wereincredibly generous with the toppings: walnuts, cranberries, strawberries, cheese, etc. Our server could probably been a bitmore attentive but the service was still fine. Read more
Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit there for lunch. Is not a place I would choose for an intimate dinner, but otherwise perfect.... Great food and service at a reasonable price. I will go back. Read more
Pretty expensive for the experience. Had the walleye dinner platter. Fried fish was alright. The tough ends of the asparagus... wasn?t trimmed. Service was a little slow at 2pm. Keylime pie was good. Read more
Just had a fantastic lunch. The place was pretty busy but we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Very friendly and attentive... server and food was excellent. The chicken enchilada soup is a must have! Read more
Really just a quality bar/restaurant. Been here a handful of times and never had a bad experience. Food is really up there and... can compete with some of the best restaurants in the city. Good stuff Stonehouse, keep up the good work! Read more
Very generous portions, wait staff was superb. First time there, will definitely go back. A little bit on the pricey side for... what it was, but considering we both have lunch tomorrow, worth it. Read more
