Thai Spice was good but we went on a Friday night and they seemed to care more about their take out orders rather than the... actual people dining in. They forgot about our drinks so that took a while. Then our appetizer took a while and when we got itit was room temperature. I liked the shrimp garlic stir fry, the portion was enough that I finished it while I was there. It wasgood I just wish they cut down on so much take out to prioritize diners. Read more
Ordered the Spicy Beef Salad. While it tasted ok and spiciness was mild, it was quite alarming to find many uncooked button... mushrooms in the salad. I've cleaned many commercial mushrooms and they typically contain horse manure that's hard to remove. We typically wash AND cook them to ensure they're safe to eat. We're visiting Cleveland to see some friends and they recommended this restaurant to us. I'll double down and recommend it to... anyone reading this. The food was really fantastic. My wife got the massaman curry. I got a bowl of chicken pho and the baconfried rice special. The pho broth had fantastic flavor. The bacon fried rice was like a better version of pork fried rice, Ireally enjoyed both dishes. The wait staff told us they were short handed and there were some extra wait times but honestly Ididn't notice a long wait for anything. One of my favorite Thai spots. The summer rolls are perfect and I've had plenty of other items off the menu. Prices are good,... staff is friendly, and food is always fresh. They can be a bit busy at times depending on time of day, but it's always worth thewait for me. Read more
(7/6/22) I had some type of beef noodle soup. For me there was too much of a peanut taste in the soup. I was looking for more of... a spicy flavor. Also, the beef was pretty tough, it kind of tasted like a mystery meat. Meaning you have no idea what youreating. My wife had Shrimp Pad Thai. I had one bite of hers and it was delicious. Was pleasantly surprised by how good Thai Spice in Westlake, Ohio was. I had only ever gotten take out before. Their #tomkha... Soup was amazing. I asked for very spicy. Check out the peppers. We had Vegetable Curry which my wife felt was on par withSiam Cafe. That?s a tall order. We also had the chicken satay with peanut sauce and cucumber salad. On point. And their bbqribs were a little spicy and a little sweet but seriously tender. Fell off the bone. A bite bite for sure. And finally ahoneydew slush( bubble tea ) we will definitely return. Try it. Delicious food!! Went for first time yesterday and will definitely be back! Had summer shrimp rolls, steak pho, mango bubble... tea, and vermicelli pork bowl! This was the best pork EVER! Ive been to pho places in Cleveland and Beachwood, and this isbetter by far! Friendly service!! Read more
I enjoyed the food here. There is quite a bit to choose from on the menu so I definitely plan on returning. Seemed like a bit... longer of a wait for the food than I prefer. I did notice some tables being served before us even though we ordered before them.We also kind of felt like we were forgotten about since there was quite the delay on our app and beverage order. Additionally,the app was room temp by the time we received it. I think we will try it on a different night other than a Friday. The kitchenwas definitely cranking out a lot of to go orders too.
