I do not and would not recommend. Seems I am not the only who thinks this is overpriced bland food paired with rude... employees. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service for bland, mediocre food. Refused an individual with vision issues... adequate utensils to eat. The employees are rude, ignorant, and discriminatory (ring a bell Sean?!). I would NOT recommendthis dump to my worst enemy. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible customer service, food is not impressive and takes forever. ETA - There were spoons in the window they would not allow... a handicapped person to use. Sean told me I could go to the Cheesecake Factory and get a spoon if I wanted one. He was rude, hewas condescending, we waited 20 minutes for some noodles and sauce and it wasn't that good. Yes, the prices are much higher than if you just went home and made pasta out of a box. BUT they make their pasta fresh (by... which I mean they make the actual noodles) and everything is made to order. I?ve been coming here every so often since theyopened and have not had a negative experience yet. Wait time is usually between five and 20 minutes, and the portions aregenerous enough that I always have leftovers. I tend to alternate between the no-frills marinara pomodoro and the vegan Thaipeanut (the spicier, the better IMO) I?m hungry just writing this review. Read more
OMG!! The Vegan Peanut bowl is AMAZING, WOW!!! Rich and really spicy - ???? one of the best bowls I have ever had. I?m from... I waited 15 minutes for a simple black coffee. I was told to wait 5 minutes because they needed to make a new brew, sure no... problem. 10 minutes later, nothing. Finally got annoyed and ask how much longer there would be, and the girl says ?just a fewmore minutes while we make it?. So instead of putting some coffee grounds in the machine, pushing two buttons, and letting themachine do all the work, the employee just sat on her phone for 15 minutes. Horrible service. Read more
Love this Pasta Co-Op! Used to come here all the time but moved away. Every time I drive through Westlake area I stop by here.... Food is so fresh and delicious! Yum! Service is also always phenomenal too. Read more
