There was a lady there who took our order and she was amazing ???? I didn't get her name but she looked maybe Hispanic. Amqzing... time with her and she was very attentive to a father and his 3 sons. I would not attend this Wendy?s. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only three cars ahead of ours, and after that... time waited another 15 at the speaker for our order to be taken. Once we got to the window, we waited another 10 minutes for ourfood. The employees were a little rude and the food was below our expectations. Got in line at 11:39pm knowing they close at 12. 7 cars in front of us we are like ok I mean it can?t take more than 60-90... seconds per order start to finish (well it shouldn?t). First car was at the order window for SEVEN minutes. Next car, 4. Finallywe are next in line and it?s 11:59. I called several times and let it ring 20 times each and no answer. I wanted to make sure Iwasn?t sitting in a line for 20 min only to be turned away bc it?s going to be past 12 when we order. So this just happened. Wegot to the order thing at 1159. They turn the lights off and came over the speaker and said sorry we?re closed. I said ma?amwe?ve been in line since 1139 and she did not respond I said ma?am!! several times still no answer but I know she heard mebecause when we pulled up, the car behind us went to order sndd she told them they were closed. So why on earth did she ignoreme?? I just wasted 15 min driving there, 20 min in line only to be turned away??? My teen was starving after his double header.And Ong I?m fuming. Unacceptable.
