I had never ordered a grilled cheese sandwich here and boy was I so disappointed. The outside of the bread wasn't "grilled" at... all, not even toasted. Payed $5.34 for this bagel. Definitely not worth it. Was on my way to work so I decided to pick up a bagel quickly on my way,... when the cash register lady ringed me up, she very creatively but obvious asked for a tip? She said everyone ?participates? intip giving. I?m a big tip giver, but I thought it was ridiculous to pay over 8$ for a bagel, and not to mention the fact that Ihad to put together myself. I like this place because it is a very clean place. You can order from the kiosk and it is prepared very quickly. The mac and... cheese soup is delicious. The price is also very affordable in terms of performance. Read more
Would rather the staff heat up your pastries insead of sending the customer to the microwave which has everyones germs on... it. The microwave should be at counter height, not where the customer has to bend down to get to it. This is the only placeI've been to which expects the customer to heat up their own food. NOT CUSTOMER OR SENIOR FRIENDLY. Read more

Panera in Westlake Village is in a convenient location with lots of parking available. Standard Panera fare is offered, which... can always be counted on for freshness, vatiety, quick preparation, and fairly reasonable price. Occasional specials and / orrewards are offered as well. Read more
If your food is cold they provide a microwave for you to reheat it yourself. What?? Haha
