Decided to try an entree salad after a Turkey Thanksgiving Dinner. LOL. It was described as grilled vegetables with chopped... romain lettuce. Awful and totally misleading! The ingredients (hardly any vegetables, mostly tomatoes and specs of lettuce) wereall cold, very tiny and definitely not ‘grilled’! Totally unsatisfying and after asking the manager he said that it was maderight, and didn’t ask me if I wanted to try something else. Won’t return since they were totally unaccommodating and rude.Very Disappointing!! Read more

Great Italian food. Service is very good with a nice staff. Food was prepared lovely and timely. I’ve been coming here off and... on for over 16 years. I’ve never had a meal that I didn’t like. Portions are always enough and tasty. Prices are inline withother restaurants of its class. I find the quality here a bit better than some on the Lake. Chow Read more

I don't even know where to begin with this. It started off bad and ended up worse. I was in charge to plan my son's rehearsal... dinner, for 35-40 guests, so I reached out to Monica (their event planner) because my son liked this place. I live in Chicago soI had to communicate with Monica via email and her emails, to me, were literally 3-5 words each time. Very short as if I wasbothering her. She was basically replying through her iPhone as quickly as possible to get back to whatever else she was workingon. This was my first red flag. Her communication was absolutely horrific. It felt as though I was just a transaction and not avaluable customer. They booked us in an entirely different room than what was promised. No projector or screen but I brought myown. They made us wait for our food for almost 1.5 hours. I don't think we even had any dedicated servers it was just randompeople coming in and out but WE had to ask them to come in and take our order, fill up wine glasses, take plates, etc. I neversaw the manager (Luca) on duty to even introduce himself to me until I paid the bill to express my disappointment. $4,000.00bill and all the owner offered was to give me $100.00 back for what it would have cost for the projector. Talk about more of aninsult! Someone (at this restaurant) needs to take responsibility on this but they're all being silent. I plan on asking therehearsal dinner party to write their own reviews, as well, because they were literally astounded by how all of us were so jampacked, in a tiny room, that I never booked. Been here more than a few times now. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Santiago behind the bar keeps me coming... back, he is the man! If you are a table for two, I recommend asking to sit at the bar. Santiago will take care of you. He alwaysmakes sure we are taken care of and treats us with exceptional service. Read more

I am so impressed with the quality and taste of the food at this restaurant. My favorite dish anywhere is capellini al pomodoro... with basil. They added shrimp to this dish and it was amazing! Will be back for more! Read more

We had high expectations after reading the reviews and have been to other restaurants close by that are awesome. This place we... hated. This felt like Italian fast food on steroids without fast food prices. We had a dinner reservation for two on a Saturdayevening at 7:45pm and were seated straight away, expecting a nice evening over a couple of hours. The whole experience, cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert lasted less than an hour..frankly I was appalled and left feeling flat. The apetizerswere tiny, the entree I had was ridiculous...$45.00 for what was simply crockpot beef on a few large spoonfulls of whippedmashed potato in a medium sized bowl....my wife laughed when she saw my entree. Needless to say...just give this a giant pass!! Read more

PHENOMENAL. Do you know how hard it is for New Yorkers to find authentic, delicious Italian food in LA? Tuscany exceeded all... expectations. Delicious food and incredible service. The eggplant parmigiana and tortelloni are to die for! Read more

I'm changing my rating to 1 star after my latest visit. Been a patron of the place for long time. Love the food and service.... There was an error made on my bill and I did not check at the time due to my trust. Called them following day and was told thatnothing can be done about it. Not a right way to treat a long time customer Very sad indeed. Read more
