Food was great. Steak and burger cooked to order perfectly. Wait Staff could use some improvement. Sauces and silverware were... forgotten and refills on drinks never offered. Regular restaurant...has some food specials...drink specials - and Happy Hours.. Baby Back Ribs NOT worth price (very little... meat ) / short cut ribs... Started out good, we got our beverages, gave our order for the 2 for $30.00 with a salad. Waitress said your food will be... ready shortly... twice! Even brought a second cup of tea.( that's how long we were waiting) After 30 min no food. Not even ourSalad! Our waitress seemed to have disappeared! We finally said to a nearby busboy we've been here over 30 min and haven'tgotten our food! He said OK. and just looked at us blankly. It can't possibly take this long for our side salad. Finally asked,Who is your server? We told him. He went to the back. He came out never said another word to us and continued with his work. Thetable behind us came in after us, same server, already had their appetizers! After over 45 min. No food, and no sign of oursever for at least another 10-15 min. after speaking with the busboy. We finally got up and left! I turned as we walked out thedoor and watched our server finally appear from the back an walk straight to the table behind us! My friend of 61 years wastreating me to dinner and a movie to celebrate MY Birthday! It happened to be our servers birthday also... she commentedseveral times to us and her other tables. Quite a shock. I have had many bad experiences at this Applebees with my family and friends over the years. At 9pm Monday, I... gave them another chance. The food was excellent and so was the service. I complimented the manager and told her that I willdefinitely be back and that she has a lot of patience dealing with her staff and she handled herself quite well. Read more

I feel that with so many eating out options restaurants should step it up ( food-wise). Yea I know it's a chain, but I expected... better food even for Applebees! I ordered their 4 cheese pasta with sweet pepper chicken on top. I regret not taking a photo ofit and not sending it back because it was gross. It tasted watery, not enough cheese and the whole pasta was sweet. I was prettydissatisfied. The staff is nice, but the food is not! Definitely will go somewhere else next time! Read more
