ok the photos will speak for themselves and if I didn't have a fresh sandwich I'd honestly still give it 1 star, cleanliness was... a 3 from the bathroom to the dining room, stocked dining room is a 3 only because of cleanliness. also multiple times I watcheddining room customers get walked by without so much as a we will be right with you, idk the black fibres all in my pop becauseno one is apparently cleaning the nozzles and that almost made me throw up Read more
The drive through person was polite, but when I got to the window they didn?t have any ice tea which I should have been told... when ordering because I don?t drink pop or sugar drinks. So then I asked the manager to take it off my order and give me thedifference he scoffed at me with an attitude and said it?s only a difference of 50 cents. So I got water , got home 2 minutesaway from there all the food was Luke warm at best no cheese on my sandwich and he gave me a 24 cent discount for my drinkalong with his dirty look and bad attitude like I was bothering him along with the cold food not the way its described on themenu. Food taste fine, They could have told me when I order au jus that they were out instead of giving me the bag, making me drive... back through the line then telling me they we out. Very dissatisfied with service. A simple heads up would have changed myentire order, and review. Update: Next time I'll go to a better location. I will NOT be back to this location period. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely dissatisfied with this location. Lady taking my order SO rude and made a... big deal about ?ketchup not being a dipping sauce? to top it off, they gave me these ridiculously large cups that don?t fit incup holders, and the lids were too small for. They both knocked over in my car, soaking it in pop. All in my speakers and vents.I hope you are paying for my new car to get detailed. I?ll never return to this location. Read more
Worst experience from Arby's ever, had to have it door dashed due to no car, I got no straw, no spoon for the shake, food was... cold, sandwich was smashed. When I called the store I was offered nothing more than door dash credit or I can come back and getreplacement, and my son's shake was about melted. Once the manager found out I had no way back there he asked what I want himto do to make it right, at this point a full refund would be best, and the phone went silent so I hung up thinking he ended thecall.
