I don?t typically give bad reviews, but here we are. Longest. Wait. EVER. I placed my order at 5pm for 6:30 pick up. My food... wasn?t ready until 7:10. What?s that point of being able to order ahead if you?ll have to wait more than 30 minutesanyway!?!?! Extremely frustrated because it made all my evening plans delayed 45 min. I ordered yesterday( labor day). I just have to complain this and the last time I ordered I did not receive my fries that I paid... 6.99 for, i did not call or go back because by the time i get home I'm ready to eat and not spend another 1/2 hour driving backand forth. Just very disappointing to not get my full order. It was bad enough when wanting to order onion ring they were out.not to sure to be ordering again. Read more
I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings - literally my favorite restaurant and most frequented -- but THIS location, I truly cannot stand,... and I live 2 minutes away. I've been told (during earlier times in COVID) that we couldn't sit on the patio because the patiowas closed and it was a great fall day! I just called into the location today and asked if I could place an order for lunch, andthe associate said "I'm sorry, we're not taking orders by phone only walk in and online" -- So you literally don't want an easy30.00 order when restaurants were troubled for so long. Are you kidding me? I can't call it in on my way there and instead haveto get to a computer or phone to place an order or waste my time waiting for the food to be made when I could have just easilypicked it up by calling ahead and made the transaction 5 minutes or less! First off, they don?t even take call in orders anymore ( due to understaff) but I go there and they weren?t even busy. Second,... this location is off of a roads that is always really bad potholes, construction, accidents, etc. i used to love this locationbut they have really gone downhill. I ordered a 10 piece boneless chicken with fries bundle, and when I got home I realized theydidn?t even give me fries. To top it all off all of the wings are tiny which is the picture I posted (for size reference: I?m agirl and this is my thumb nail compared to the wing size), along with all the other wings were small. Loved the grilled chicken buffalitos! Good side and flavor is amazing. Carolina blazin reaper is hot to handle.
We have been regulars at this location for several years now and I can't express enough how amazing the staff is and always has... been. It's rare to get good service these days and every employee here always nails it. It is by far the best Bdubs in the area.We are always treated great anytime we come in and the food is almost always on point. It's our favorite place to de-stress andhave fun. Plenty of parking. Clean restaurant. No wait to be seated. Had options: inside, outside, booth, high top table or table. It was... Trivia Night. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and Olympics on. Great service. Food was hot and fresh. We didn't feel rushed. Read more
