Worst fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to. Not only was there rude service but i was too afraid to get a drink out of the... soda machine because it looked so unclean. We Ordered at the kiosk for a milkshake, apparently they never even had a milkshakemachine. They then Refused to give us our money back. It's a Burger King, nothing much to point out. Service was quick and food turned out all right. On the day that I visited, I had... to walk into the store because the drive-thru was kind of busy. Horrible. There's always a 12 to 15 car line. Then, after waiting, they have the nerve to charge you 15 cents for a BBQ sauce..... and not include salt and ketchup in the bag.. but says "everything's in the bag.." I won't be back there and don't recommendgoing. On top of all that, the food was not great at all. -1 stars. UPDATE: Change that to -8 stars! Don't ask why I went backagain, but I for sure learned my lesson this time. 1:30am there were NO OTHER CARS in line, and they mess up a Whopper Jr.combo. Messed up on ringing it in, messed up on making it correctly, messed up on fixing the problem. I asked for the jr. withan extra meat patty. What I got was a plain single cheeseburger that seemed like it was made two hours prior; and when Ireturned (I guess 20 minutes after they closed) they put my name in a book and said everything was shut down. Stopped here to grab a quick breakfast bite. I was the only car in line. Waited a minute at the speaker before anyone asked to... take my order, then I waited 6 minutes at the cash out window for 3 french toast sticks. When the rude manager finally came tothe window- I asked for a refund, he says," I thought you wanted them fresh?" "They're coming up now." I replied, " No thanks,just a refund" He says, " Ok. Well I guess not". This place is slow as molasses. Same thing happened about 3 months ago when Istopped for the same thing. Waited at the window for 5-6 minutes because food had not been dropped. I ordered the spicy ch'king and it was hard, I ordered it without pickle and asked for it cut in half and I got pickles and it... wasn't cut and barely any sauce... I asked for napkins while the pop was over firing and the guy laughed and walked away... Verydisrespectful workers. I'm not going back to this bk ever again... I was left on hold in the drive-thru. After 5 minutes I said hello, then my order was taken. I asked for cheese and light... lettuce on my fish sandwich. I revived dried out lettuce, no cheese (I was charged for it) and very little tarter sauce. My 8piece cheese sticks were over cooked. I tried to call the store to complain, no one answered. I will be going to the store for afull refund. On a good note, they do offer a Military Discount (that's why I gave 2 stars for my 1 star experience). Read more
The food is good. But they must have illiterate people working the drive thru. You have to wait at least 20 minutes in-between... orders!!! The wait in the drive thru was horrible. They take one car at a time. And you can't talk to a manager because theydon't answer their phone!! Don't come to this BK!!!! Read more
