Never seen white chicken and broccoli. I am a latina, my food needs color.
Place is kind of a joke. Almond gravy has no flavor and looks very unappetizing. Beef and broccoli was grey and tasted off. Pan... fried noodles were worst of all. Like someone took dry noodles and threw them into a dry pan until they started burning. Generalchicken was soggy AF and sweet AF even after requesting extra hot. Egg Rolls are weird with mystery ingredients. Only giving it2 stars since I ate a good portion and it didn?t get me sick. Read more
I can't stress how much I love this place. The food is outstanding. I have gotten several items but my favorite is the #32... general chicken meal. I love general chicken but most places give you little grisly pieces of what they call meat but are morebreading than anything. China gate gives you big chunks of white meat covered in a delicious sweet sauce and a pile of rice thatis cooked to perfection. And the cost... they serve lunch portions all day and they feed 2 people for around $7. This isaffordable and good quality food. The owners and workers are amazing as well, friendly and helpful and take the time to learnwho you are. If you haven't tried this place you are missing out on a treat. Read more
