Absolutely horrible... The dough was horrendous, it was the lowest quality frozen dough I have ever had in a Pizza. The dough... literally tasted and felt STALE. I'm a fat guy, I've never thrown out a pizza before in my life, but this pizza, I beamed itinto the nearest garbage can I could find. I would give this less stars if I could. Ordered delivery over the phone to pay with cash, waited an hour for the order to... arrive and then was VERY RUDELY informed by their delivery driver that he did not have enough change for me. The stores onlysolution was to tell me to give this very rude man my money for him to get change and HOPE he returns with my change. Obviouslyafter being so rude to begin with I did not trust this man to take my money and return. I order from this location on a regularbasis but I will not be any longer. Read more
Too bad..... I love their pizza and have been ordering from this location for over 8 years. They are only 3.3 miles away from my... house and refuse to deliver to us anymore. I called the Romulus loction to see if they would. They said it was too far. I calledback this Westland location that ALWAYS gets my business (ordering a little over 80 every few weeks) to find out who delivers tomy address and was informed it was the Dearborn location. They are PERMANENTLY CLOSED. So, no one delivers to my address at all.What a way to do business, cut out Westland residents around my address. I am going to stick with Jets or Toarminas from now on. Pizza was good! Order was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm I was a few late due to an accident a mile or two before cottage inn I... get there my pizza was ready but my cheese bread mysteriously was not there so I had to wait for another and instead of justremaking the order they gave me a fresh cheese bread and a cold pizza didn't even ask would you like us to remake your pizza aswell or would you like a complimentary pop or salad nothing. The lady got overwhelmed and said she need To go outside as if shewas having a melt down like it was my fault. the driver came right in and started to box orders didn't wash hand nor put gloveson all three employees did not wear glove where is the health department when you need them all this covid going on the leastyou guys can do is wear gloves. It was Under the name Bobby Davis. We ABSOLUTELY loved the food. It was Hot and fresh. The Homemade Garlic dip was Amazing. And... I've never had there Lasagna before. But I really enjoyed it. It was super delicious.. we are Super satisfied with the serviceand the food. Thank you Chandler for the wonderful food and great service. Read more
The pizza quality is AMAZING!! When it comes to attention to detail there?s no shortcuts the vegetables are sourced fresh,... locally (staff has mentioned before) and the quality of sauce ?n cheese is some of my favorite of all pizza chains. Overall, thetaste proves it is as advertised a true GOURMET PIZZA! We as a family won?t go anywhere else. The staff seems to be shortsometimes and the wait times can be stretched a little, but I truly believe it?s due to the fact others, like myself, understandthat the QUALITY is worth the extra few minutes. We will continue to order from this location for as long as they?re around. Ifyou?re considering to order out from a pizza place there?s no greater option than Cottage Inn of Westland. Read more
Kinda ordered at the last minute but it's been awhile since I had a chicken pita and greek salad from there I use to work for... the company many years ago and I would always eat this but with extra feta cuz I mean who doesn't love extra photo on theirGreek salad and a chicken pita sandwich it's just and the words of Ferris bueller "choice" lol normally not a lot of peopleactually put enough extra fat on said items so when I got my delivery quick like I said ordered it last minute... came within 20minutes not bad at all.. I commend the delivery driver he was absolutely hilarious and I think him for the extra cup of feta andan awesome funny note that he included on it which you will see in the pictures posted with it so to whoever that was kudos youobviously like what you do and it shows and it makes a great delivery driver so things cottage in for my late night snackagewhile watching The hangover 3 anybody looking for a great fight late at night you should order here Read more
This pizza is the best, Freshest pizza I?ve had in a long while. The crust was soft, DONE and flavorful. That pizza good! Oh, ... and the BREAD STICKS WERE FRESH, HOT AND BUTTERY! I mean sooo soft!!! And the late manager was considerate so nice! That makeseverything great!!! Read more
