I go to Dunkin? everyday in Livonia and I came here for the first time and they made my coffee wrong and I was not rude about... asking for it to be fixed. I simply said this isn?t right. I Usually don?t bother with bad experiences at places but, I now rarely go out and get a iced coffee because I make a home now.... So I ordered a pumpkin Iced latte (the one you get sprinkled spice on top of the whip cream). I order a pumpkin donut that wasreally good and a small black coffee to go for a coworker. I ordered a medium Iced pumpkin latte. I noticed no power orseasoning on my whip cream (and yes I ordered the one in the picture that does have that on it). I just thought okay no biggie.I walked out and had a sip of the coffee and it tasted so bad and so over burt that I had a couple sips and through it way. Ihave never had coffee so badly tasting in my life. Here?s the kicker it had nothing to do with a pumpkin latte at all? No flavoror taste of any kind. Bagel was hard as a rock with almost NO cream cheese, croissant was burnt and they have a very small selection of donuts. So... disappointing!! Will always go to Tim hortons from now on!!! Read more
