What an atrocious night at this location!!! Since this spot opened up the service has become worse and the environment is... unkempt. Albeit I don?t frequent as much, I still try to support occasionally. First off, they screwed up my order. I askedtwice for the sauce to be put on the side, I arrived and waited my usual prolonged time to discover the sauce was mixed. Nobiggie. They took another 25 minutes and afterwards something told me to check my combo order?.no fries. The young ladyreiterated that it was the last bag of fries but I shouldn?t have to be short on my order. Didn?t even offer anything else. The same young lady was wearing a filthy white shirt that looked like she had tried all 42 sauces without a Bibb. She was alsonot wearing gloves and collecting money at the register!!! We usually go here alot but I'll never go again after today I spent almost 59 bucks on chicken and fries and onion rings . My... chicken wings were mooshy and tasted like they were old and put back in fryer they messed up my order at that and forgot mysauce and my fries and onion rings taste like old grease and when we first ordered they didn't have half their sauces and hardlynon of their sides available. 7/29/20- My food was good. But they really need to work on the interior of the store. It's blazing hot when you walk inside (no... air) with box fans on. Someone needs to sweep the customer litter on floor during down times. They don't have a wall menu or apaper menu. They have a chalkboard with handwritten menu items that are cute cultural references, but don't explain exactlywhat you're eating. Read more
Tried this place and could have made better wings at home. There was no seasoning in the chicken. And where was the salt at in... chicken seasoning? I don?t understand why this place has a high rating. KFC, Popeyes our churches chicken is way better thanthis restaurant. Read more
