If I could go negative rating I would. Ever since this little Caesars moved from its FIRST EVER location down the street in... Garden City, it?s been the worst little Caesars around. They never have enough help, the store is rarely open, and when it isgood luck getting a pizza in under 15 minutes. Little Caesars corporate should be embarrassed. Mike Ellich memorabilia hangs inthe store and it should just be thrown away because his legacy is ruined in the store!! Read more

I ordered online as I have been for quite sometime now. If I don't they ask me to go around and wait in line again until my... order is complete. The last time they had to cancel my order and refund my money after waiting nearly 45 minutes on top of thecall in promised time. I have no idea what happened. Horrendous service. Ordered a pizza for pick up, get alerted its ready. Go there and wait 40 minutes in line and didn't even get... 4 cars from the drive through speaker. Worst service ever? Sent me 2 different locations and when I got to my order I had to argue with the lady to even find my order... gave me a hard burnt pizza and refused to replace it even though the information on the order for location was wrong. My husband and I place an order over the phone for two pizzas and both pizzas was made wrong. We ask for light butter, parmesan,... and Italian herb on the crust but the whole pizza was saturated in butter and the crust was overwhelmed with Italian herb andparmesan. One of the pizzas was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage, and banana pepper but instead I got pepperoni, bacon, andbanana pepper and the other pizza was supposed to have cheese and beef with extra beef but there was no extra beef. So we waitedabout 40 minutes for some pizza that was soaked in butter. I don't know if the staff need to take classes on how to make thepizzas correctly or how to comprehend the order over the phone but something needs to be done. Last time I was here took a hr just to get some help watched a new employee pull his weight more then the manager! True story it... was so bad in this place that guy ended up yelling at the manager "get your stuff together an get these people their orders"eventually the manager brought out my order!
