Worst McDonald's ever! We waited over 30 minutes curbside then another 30 minutes in the drive-thru after the doors were locked... in our face, only to be given the incorrect order, which was cold and sloppy anyway. We come here often and it is only gettingworse. I understand everyone is short-staffed right now, and don't mind the long wait, but to be given a completely incorrectorder and be told "Nothing we can do about it" is unacceptable. Have a little bit of pride in your job and at least becourteous. Will not be returning. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been to this McDonald's before and it wasn't the greatest but I thought it's been a while... and I would give it a shot.. BIG MISTAKE! Such a rude drive through girl. Wanted to use my app BOGO breakfast sandwich and shesaid it gave me the 2 for 5, I doubled checked the app code and I gave her the correct code, I said that's not what I wantedand she said: "well it's not much difference in price" very rudely. This was the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. The young black ladies in the drive thru was seriously ignorant and they... definitely need a coarse on customer service. If these are the type of individuals representing your establishment that?sdefinitely a Shame , it?s no wonder the parking lot is completely empty. Has the RUDEST staff i have ever met. If they serve you the wrong thing, they refuse to fix it. They are lazy and make you come... in for your curbside orders, or it will be cold. They routinely lie about who the manager is and won't let you speak to anyonefor help. If you ask for a refund (even if you don't take the food), they say no and that you'll have to call corporate. Theyuse foul language and call you names even if youre being polite. And corporate will say it has to be the store to help you. Soyou never get help you never get your order.They are thieves. There are a few McDonald's in the area, and this one is by far the worst. They must be understaffed or something. Which, if... true, isn't necessarily their fault, but still. I ordered a Happy Meal and 2 McDoubles, and it took them over 15 minutes just tomake it and then I had to go up to the door to get it myself. They also don't know how to read, because I asked for cheese onthe Happy Meal and they didn't do that either. This isn't the first time they've done this either. This is hands down the worst McDonald?s in the city. The absolute worst staff, with the worst attitudes. It never fails every... single time I come here I can order two things and my order will still be missing items or just completely wrong. And if you goback up there to have it fixed your just greeted with more attitudes like your a Karen for your food being wrong. Half thisstaff can?t read a receipt, I truly would love to know who hires these people. Worst staff ever, unfriendly as hell and just blatantly can tell they don't want to work there. The building even though... recently remodeled has NO outside lighting other than the menu which is an LCD display. The sandwiches are sloppily puttogether, they might be luke warm when you get to it, fries are never hot just warm, I don't know why I punish myself goingthere from time to time.
