Excited at first, but ultimately just disappointing- Came in here with a bunch of hungry friends and had a good first... impression of the overall restaurant. Menu looked really good too, with a great variety and semi-decent prices. The food thoughwas just disappointing. I ordered two chicken tacos and two soft shell chicken empanadas with black beans and rice, and thewhole meal was just bland. No spices, no flavour, just nothing. The chicken tasted like it was boiled. The sour cream tastedlike plain old yogurt, and the beans tasted like something you'd get off a grocery store shelf. It honestly felt like when I hadCovid and couldn't taste anything, because there literally was no flavour. So crazy. Usually good food, but this time...tiny portions and not tasting good. Like not good at all. $55 bucks. Everyone has a... bad night, but I am writing this because I followed their complaint filing system, and I did not receive one call or follow-up.I told them I needed some type of follow-up or I would not be back.
