To all my good hard working folks in the world! Please don?t ever waste your money on patronizing this business, it?s... AWFUL?.poor customer service, food is a disgrace to be served to anyone. I made the horrible mistake of going to thisestablishment tonight and ordered a 10 pc family mixed family meal and was given all thighs, so I think, there were parts of thechicken that were unidentifiable and to top things off it was COLD along with the fries, red beans & rice and biscuits!! Iwasted a good $30 I could?ve given that money to charity to help someone in need. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! First off food was cold & chicken taste burnt like it was cooked in old grease or... something. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to do better. I?m sorry there?s no way this store should be ran like that..always out of something. Tenders always froze. Messing up orders. Giving people mild chicken when they ask for spicy. Coldchicken, yes corporate needs to get involved definitely will be contacting them with my pictures with this horrid experience Ihave had. I want to throw up the food was so nasty! I don?t know why or how this Popeyes is open. They?re not open on time because apparently the employees can?t get there on time.... They don?t have dining room doors open, you have to go through the drive-through. At least be courteous enough to post on thefront door dining room closed. Covid is all over, open up the dining room. They never have chicken tenders or nuggets. Good byePopeyes. I?ll drive out of my way and go to Chick-fil-A. And not have to wait 45 minutes for an order and standing in line. Read more
Every time I go, this location is either out of spicy chicken or out of sides. And I've tried many, many times. The kids working... there are sarcastic. I don't understand why managers let a business be run this way. I'm going to have to learn to make my owngravy, because this place is just a frustration. Today I ordered online around 6pm... way in advance of closing. (I starttreatment again tomorrow and mashed potatoes and gravy is one of the only foods I can hold down). So I ordered 2 sides of mp&gwith my 3 piece dinner. 3 pieces of chicken, 1 biscuit, 2 small sides and I paid just over $20 with delivery and tip. Whichwould have been fine, except the mashed potatoes were plain. No gravy anywhere. Nobody bothered to call and tell me they wereout of gravy yet again. And when I repeatedly tried to call the store to complain, nobody answered. I ordered delivery because Idon't feel well. So I had to go there. By the time I got all the way to the store, which I paid NOT to do, I was mad. The firstthing I said was I need a manager. The manager saw me and said she'd be right with me. I was fine with that, she was obviouslybusy. Until a tall, teenage, male cashier with braids thought he'd be a funny guy and repeatedly ask me what I need when I toldhim I want to wait for the manager. I really miss Popeyes in Nevada. Extremely slow service. We went in to order and eat. But they told us that it will be a lot faster if we go through drive... through. So we did that, and it still took more time than what dine in restaurant would take. How is this "fastfood"? On top,the person taking the order was extremely rude. Was not at all interested in taking order or keeping the line moving. We were inmiddle of order and the guy stopped responding. After trying to get his attention few times, we drove up to window withoutordering the full order. And the guy played like nothing happened. On top of that, of course they got the order wrong. Completely incompetent staff. Ordered two spicy sandwich combos and a five piece tender dinner. One sandwich had NO CHICKEN!!!... My five piece tender dinner was actually a three piece and didn?t get my sauces either. This location is useless. Don?t wasteyour time. You?ll sit in the drive through for forty five minutes just for your food to be cold and incorrect. Corporate shouldshut this location down. Pathetic. Read more
Waited in line 35 minutes drive through. Took them 7 minutes to take my order when I get up to the box. There was only one car... ahead of me at that point waiting for his food. Had my order wrong. When I got home I got two wings and a thigh for my threepiece meal the wings had hardly any meat whatsoever on them. I will not be going back there. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to.This is what my food look like. The wing was not cleaned all the way. There was a large piece of breading in there that wasn'tattached to anything I don't know if they thought that that was a piece of my chicken or not. Read more
