UPDATE: So it's been a year since the last hot mess with the dry burnt burger... thanks for the offer to make it right but I... thought time would weed out bad staff with no quality control, NOPE. I just left with decent tots but the churro's are sittingin my garbage can along with the rest of my trash. As pictured they're burnt, hard and dry... this must be a joke, right? Timewon't change my thoughts on this place. I remember when they use to be CONSISTENTLY GOOD. Shame on me for being fooled twice,I'm done! Thought I'd pick up a nice burger after a long hard day at work and this is what I get....a semi burned cheeseburgerwith semi burned bun and dry patties and hard dry with hardly any toppings. My daughter stopped going to this particularlocation a year ago for same reasons...the quality is iffy and it should be on point more often than not. We ordered from here because I enjoy their ice cream. It was a bad mistake. We ordered and they forgot my mixer and that was a... whole mess. It took ten minutes to get my drink and then there was a hole in the side. The food was mediocre. Read more
I would take the word "Jumbo" out of "Jumbo" popcorn chicken. I got more scraps of breading than chicken, and the biggest piece... of chicken was about the size of a quarter. Cherry Limeade ? More like red sprite. I don't usually eat fast food, and now Iremember why. After pressing the red button to place my order 16 min wait before the guy started taking my order. Had to repeat my order 4... times fir the guy to hear me. Hamburger was great fried not so good I would rank the fries a 3 out of 5 stars. A little slow to get waited on in drive thru.... But overall experience was good will come back and recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work. Read more
Slushies are delicious but used their online service for the first time today....ordered one slush, took 40min and they 4got to... bring it 2 me. Not taking away from the fact when I DO get them they're amazing but won't be using the online service again orEVER wait that long again...just gonna wait til there's little to no line and order directly.??????????? Line is always wrapped around the building and the drive thru is a 20 min wait from the time you place your order to getting... your food at the window. Order was wrong, and the chicken dinner smelled and tasted of fish so bad I thought they gave me thewrong order. Food is horrible this place needs some management to step up! Read more
Place an order for pick up at 12:05. 12:45 and I?m finally leaving. Multiple cars have came and left while I waited for an order... I had put in before them, and then they take forever bringing the order out to me. I saw the staff member walking around theparking lot aimlessly with my order going back inside to come back out a few minutes later and finally bring it to me.
