Drinks were quick and delicious and I hate to give bad reviews having worked in retail and restaurants but the workers at this... location completely took advantage. I sent my husband in to pick a cup out for my daughter who I give my star rewards to to gether cup obsession taken care of. I had to stay in the car with my newborn baby. I had 600 stars and they told him they don'taccept that and charged us $20+ for her cup. Extremely upset by the lies the worker who rung them up told him. Sales Associate did not provide good customer service. She dropped change when returning my money. Then gave me my drink with... whipped cream on the bottom of the cup. I had to ask for napkins to clean the cup off. And then the sales associate told me todicard the napkins in the trash. Read more
So for seven dollars for a latte and they can never get it right. And it's just a normal Venti white chocolate mocha, and they... always mess up. today they diddn't put any white mocha in it. Seriously done with Starbucks. Read more
The coffee is always consistent here. But the wait is incredibly long because they are understaffed. There's no reason that the... person taking orders at the window should also be making food during the busy morning rush. It's not the employees' fault, butthat of management. Read more
I ordered a shaken espresso with white mocha, which is suppose to have 4 shots in it and a splash of milk. I placed an order thru the app for a mocha with extra Carmel drizzle and oat milk. When I got there 10 min later it was ready... and she made it on the spot. When I took the lid off to see if she put the Carmel drizzle on top, she said I did put it on top!!But she didn?t even put whip cream on top so I know there was no Carmel. I had to get to work but once I tasted it, I knew therewas no Carmel drizzle like I asked and paid for!!! Read more
I ordered ahead using the Starbucks App and my drink was ready before it was due. A little difficult to get into the parking... area, but we figure it out. Their outside trash container was disgusting as it was overfilled and spilling onto the sidewalk.Someone should pay attention to the outside appearance of the building. Read more
