I came in last Sunday because Penn Station decided to pack up an hour early, leave their open light on and doors unlocked, so I... was hungry and disappointed. This subway saved the day. It was the only Subway for miles that was open late. They did anexcellent job making my subs correctly and quickly. They made excellent small talk. And my subs were delicious. Usually a good experience. Last time I was here on November 19th 2022 the experience was terrible. Placed an online order. Half... the order was wrong, the other half was missing. Two employees left the 3rd during a busy rush. Most of the subs poorly made.Great job by the 3rd employee to keep working and completing orders. Read more

I came to get a sub Monday October 24th at 4pm. A very nice young man named Ben was finishing making a young woman's salad. An... older gentleman walks out from the back then rings her up. As she was paying for her salad Ben starts to make my sub. Afterputting my sub in the oven he then proceeded to make the family after me sandwiches. The oven timer goes off he takes my sub outand puts it on the counter so I can have my veggies put on it. The older gentleman was bagging up what looked like trash in abag then put on gloves. He didn't wash his hands or even sanitize them and he was just handling money and bagging up trash. Iasked him politely if he could wash his hands before making my sub he told me sure then went into the back and never came back.I assume he got upset that I asked him to wash his hands because I could hear him doing other things in the back making a bunchof noise and like I said he never came back up front. Even Ben noticed so he stopped what he was doing to finish my sub. Didn'tthink it would be such a hassle or inconvenience to disinfect your hands while handling food even though it's a part of your jobdescription. Next time I'm going to record him and post it on every social media account so everyone can see him and not comeback here! Read more

If you look online it says this location is open till 9pm. This is the 2nd time I've pulled up at 830pm only to find lights out... and employees walking the inside. If you close at 830pm then change your store hours so people won't waste time driving to yourlocation. Read more

Worst service ever and I have been here number of times. Came in for a salad and was made nothing like it?s suppose to be. Put... while spinach in the bottom of the bowl with all the toppings on top of it. I asked numerous and numerous of times if he wasgoing to cut the stuff up and mix it. Then looks at me stupid. I worked at subway at stark and Plymouth rd just a month or soago. Asked for a full refund after getting down to eat and low and behold there was full leaves of spinach. Over all it was a pleasurable experience. The employees were great today. Still no Italian dressing! I used to go to Subway... multiple times a month, now I go once every couple of months. Great move corporate, you really know your customers! Read more

I came in at 815, two minutes after another customer walked in and was being served. I was rudely told they were closed. I asked... if they could just help me since I only wanted one sub and the two gentlemen laughed at me and said that's great, we stillaren't doing it. Why is the customer who walked in 2 minutes before me being served and I was rudely turned away. I also sawanother customer go into the store and she said the two men working were very rude to her as well. I come here because of thegreat service given by wolf, but if I am going to treated badly then I will stop coming here. Read more

Now ive never been your your subway but if you allow your employees to bash customers like this on social media then i never... want to take my business or even let anyone i know spend money in this establishment because this shows just how unprofessionalyou guys are and how you allow your employees to treat your customers. And it's unacceptable in my eyes and i hope no one doesbusiness with you again until your employees learn what professional etiquette is and the management teaches that all youremployees are a representation of your company on all social media (even when they are not working) and shouldn't bash customerslike this especially since she made these post public for anyone to see.
