Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru only for them to screw up a 7 item order. It is only 7pm and the lobby is locked, no one... answers the phone. They're only solution was to wait in the drive thru line again. Horrible customer service skills. Whycouldn't you give me the missing food at the door or the window? Even if I waited again all my food would be cold and then thatsover an hour of my night at a fast food place!! I'll never be back, save a trip and visit a better one where they know how tofulfill orders and support customers. I am so tired of wasting money and still being hungry because people can't do a simplejob. Read more
Today was a positive experience! Drive thru! The guy working was personable. I left happy! Thank you!!!!! I just came back... a second time and this time it was very disappointing because I ordered 48 dollars of food inside and all the food was shoved inone bag sloppily. Nothing was labeled and two of the tacos opened in the bag and forced the bag to be soggy and rip at thebottom. I didn?t bother reporting it to the store. I will give them one more chance. Read more
10/29/2022-11:59PM DRIVETHRU ?sorry we?re closed? in drive thru after waiting 25 mins +. And she muted me after, and guess what... it was at 11:59pm on Oct,29th,2022. I urge tacobell to pull up the camera footage! I was within the 12am limit and moreover youguys should consider people?s time!!!!!! This is my absolute favorite Taco Bell in the area. Every single time I am there, it is quick, correct, and fresh. The staff are... always the friendliest and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I cannot tell you how impressed I am for thisteam. Keep up the good work! Read more

Have gone through the drive thru here a few .. order has always been correct and hot. Today decided to dine in.. Was Very Happy... that they still had some one to work the register, of course he was probably doing 2 people's jobs. But he was awesome! Verynice, very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Pop station was even decent. Tables were clean. Bathrooms were clean. And everyone!Was nice. Will go here again! Awesome Staff, hard to find that nowadays!! Read more
