I would give Thomas's Catering 10 stars if we I were able. Josh (the owner) and his staff were nothing short of amazing in... executing our two corporate events. Josh was incredible helpful, understood our constraints, and vision and exceeded all myexpectations in delivering a wonderful spread of food, while also connecting us to other rental vendors to fulfil all our needs.Day-of and onsite, the team went above and beyond as well. From the beginning my experiences with Thomas's catering have been nothing but great. The event coordinator was always quick to... respond to my questions and get back with me regarding my catering order. The service and set up of the food at my weddingreception was top notch. There are not enough great things to be said about Thomas's, specifically Melissa and her staff that made our wedding reception... amazing. The food was great. We've been anticipating the lobster ravioli for a year and it did not disappoint. We put the peppercrusted bistro, but not being red meat eaters we weren't really thinking a lot about it, but it was so fabulous. If you don'tget the truffle mashed potatoes, you are missing something fantastic. Their presentation, settings, service was on the ball allthroughout planning. We had a tumultuous day full of unanticipated changes, but when I walked into my reception it was amazing,perfect, and exactly the way i envisioned. We hired Thomas's to cater our work holiday dinners. Both days and afternoon shifts. The food was incredible(I am still getting... compliments every employee has asked that we "do it again next year") The service was excellent, the servers were organized andvery pleasant. First review I have ever done, but felt this was truly necessary. Josh and his staff coordinated for me brilliantly -- this was... for a wake and I needed help planning, etc. Staff and service was beyond fantastic, set-up was perfect & everything waswell-planned out.
