Worst experience ever!!!! Steve employee super rude, I ask for my order to go and he just pull up a box put my sandwich inside... like he was super mad. The other employee got super upset with me because I told him that he need to clean up his face becausehe was sweating a lot and the sweat was dripping on the prep table. He started arguing with me. I?ve visited many Charley?s restaurants for several years yet the Charley?s in the Westminister Mall displays the worst customer... service. They take no accountability for their mistakes in making a sandwich even though the customer was very specific whenordering. The order was correct on the screen and receipt. When the customer attempted to point out the error, the cook becameconfrontational, yelling at the customer and refused to remake the sandwich. Rather than work with the customer, the cook yelledat the customer and told him to take the sandwich as is. The cook blamed the customer and said, ?it?s your fault for notreading.? However when the customer tried to get the cook to look at the screen, he refused to and continued behavingunprofessionally. The cook didn?t care that other customers were in line witnessing his foul behavior. One customer tried tocalm the situation yet the cook then began to yell at her. This cook should be fired!!!! He is a poor representation of thecompany. He refused to reimburse the customer or remake the sandwich. I wouldn?t recommend any human being to visit theWestminster, CA location #00121. Extremely rude service. The guy working here definitely hates his job and the customers he has to deal with. He was not only... rude with me, but with everyone else I witnessed him help. He seemed irritated to answer any questions about the menu offeredhere. The food was just ok. I?m a regular here, I work at the mall. I?ve never had any problems before but it seems that new people don?t wear gloves and... handle food after handling the register. So this guy thought I wasn?t watching (I was talking to my co worker who was also onlunch) he dropped a fry and put it back in the box. I caught it and I did not want to be rude so I told him ?You can throw awaythe fry that fell? (thinking he?d catch on and wear gloves but no) he was in shock and said ok and he stuffed his whole handinto the fries. (After he?d just handled the register again) it was disgusting. And the guy who has been there for the pastthree years I?ve worked at the mall, Who?s name I shall not say saw all this and said NOTHING. He was wearing gloves, but I comeback and the newbie is still handling food without them. I never went back but I?ve seen them handle food without gloves whenpeople are distracted or waiting. Best place to eat at Westminster Mall. Good quality food at a decent price. Josh was amazing. Cooked my sandwich just the way I... like it. Owner is super stingy!! I ordered the chicken strips with fries and it literally just came with just 10 fries! It was the actual... owner that did my order. When I told him something he said that?s how it is but it?s not I always go to another location andit?s not like this.
