Went here for mother in law birthday lunch and made reservations a week before. We got there and staff made it seem like we... weren't supposed to be there! We were reluctantly seated then eventually they took our order. Only ordered 4 items but theyforgot 1 until we reminded them. The whole meal took over an hour with no wedding so not busy at all. Also, most of the disheswe wanted were out or likely being reserved for wedding. If they didn't want us there then should have just locked us out orsaid no lunch reservations. Yeah never coming back. Great taste. Rich in flavor. Restaurant style. They just opened dont miss out. Lunch special is $6.85 and $7.85 except for the... scallop dishes. That includes free entree soup, and free snack dessert jello. Rice is included. tea as well. Cant ask formore!!! The salt pepper squid is a must. Generous and crispy with that subtle flavor from pepper. The sweet and sour chops are amust . The in house fish filet...yummy. Great price and good food. It was my first time at this place. I haven't had dim sum in years! A person goes around with a cart... full of appetizer style plates (usually 3 pieces of the item you choose). You choose what you want and they tally how manyplates you got on an order form placed at your table. It's about $2 something for each plate (which is very reasonable comparedto what I heard other places charge). Their thai tea was also a great deal (less than $2 a glass!).
