I've been going to this store for a while and sought it out for the Ibirra. The Ibirra is gone now and the service sucked... today. I ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla combo and after a long wait they call my number. I can see right away there isno plastic container and when open the bag the quesadilla is just wrapped in foil and put in the bag. So I ask her for thecontainer and after that she comes back and tosses it in the bag and gives me a rude look. I notice she didn't put any saucesin the bag, no napkins and no fork. I guess maybe she thinks it's rude of me to expect what I've been getting forever. I neverhad that meal without it being in a container. So next thing I need to ask her for some salsa. I'm so upset I forget about thenapkins and spoon but by the time I realize it I'm half way home so it's no turning back but it made me upset and ruined myappetite. My favorite store just became my worst. I'll travel out of the way to avoid this one but if the gas is too much I'lljust stop by Del Taco instead. Read more

Worst location ever: no organization, workers serious lack customer service skills. We walked in and ordered, waited for food,... and sat and watched as people who came in behind us not only ordered, but got their food before us. Only two of us so it wasn?ta big or complicated order. We finally walked up to the counter to ask about our order and found it had been sitting in a bagbehind the counter for a long time. We confirmed the items were as ordered and were assured they were: got home and found theymessed up both of our main items. Went back and contacted with the on duty manager, seriously apathetic about it. Not even a?hey sorry we messed up your order? Simply asked if we wanted a refund or a refire. Based on the service we experienced we optedfor the refund and went elsewhere: while waiting for our food another customer had to go up to the counter and notify them theymessed up her order also. Will not be going back. This location needs new, better trained line staff and management. Whilewaiting in line we observed someone who obviously knew the other workers actively distracting them and showing them stuff onphone (either a friend of them or an off the clock coworker) maybe if the employees focused on making the food and doing theirjob, they wouldn?t be messing up orders. Quick lunch pick up, pollo bowl has less and less chicken each time and full of rice and beans. Top it off their always... forgetting something. Today they forgot to give me the flour tortilla and straws. Read more

I had very bad experience at this El Pollo Loco. 1 is she took the wrong order, and he couldn't count, and he really couldn't... understand English very well. I had to reorder my food again. I asked her two bags of flour tortilla and he gave me nine. Theorder was so messed up, I was very angry. This place is really starting to have bad service. I hope someone will take care ofthis problem as soon as possible thank you Read more

I will never come back to this location again!!! Here are the reasons: 1. I ordered 16 pieces of chickens. The worker packed my... ordered and let it sit around for 10 minutes to go look for containers to get the salsa for me. He gave me only 4 containers ofsalsa and I asked if I could please get a little extra salsa, but he said there was no more. I asked if I could have other typesof sauces instead if salsa was out and he even said there was no more too?.Would you believe him that there wasn?t anymoresauces at all??? 2. Chickens were cold and dried (they were not given the chickens from the grill. Chickens were also burned(see photos) 3. A piece of hair was in the rice 4. Workers were not pleasant Please take my advice and not to come to thislocation. I anticipate they will definitely be closing out this location soon if this is how they are running their business. I ordered to go, I asked for salsa didn't receive any. Chicken was super dry. My chips were missing. I went inside to get my... salsa. They were rude like it was my fault. Dinning room area was filthy. This pollo loco needs to work on customer service andquality food. Not even close to there mission statement. So sad there's so many people looking for work. Unfortunate that thisteam doesn't care and just burning there hours with no regard to customer service. Read more

I went in to get the new Beef Birria Tacos since i had the Beef Quesada and it was Awesome, so i get off work go in order them... get home and i open the box I see the tacos wrapped up take one out and it feels really lite.. so i open the taco and seriouslyhardly any meat in it I was shocked! I looked at other hardly any meat in it.. and of course i just got off work I had noteaten all day so I ate it.. so i call up and ask to talk to a manger or supervisor I was going to talk to Jose I had pictures to show him.. he comes over I explain how much I liked the Quesada so I tried the tacos but there was no meat in it..I show himthe pictures he goes that is the way its made.I go for $9.00 you get that little of meat? the Quesada has more meat ..he saysit's 2 ounces of meat.. It did not look or seem like it I told Jose i guess i won't be getting the taco again what a rip off.. Ialso am going to show anyone who is in The Store and they order it.. I am going to tell them its not worth the 9.00 and showthem the pictures! see picture of quesadilla last picture look at the meat compared to the taco.. seem weird the big differencefor the same price?? went to go in to the restaurant, I was doing my laundry next door and I think I saw Jose at the register,so I did not go in..just do not feel good about him as a Manager as far as honesty goes! hopefully he will not be there nexttime I want to eat.. 4/28/22 update Read more
