This used to be a good Starbucks. They actually do good with the flavor of the coffee request on a regular basis. However, this... particular store is known for being out of items. Since the remodeling of the place, the staff has remodeled their attitude aswell. Not for the better. Rude, impatient, judgemental and seemingly overwhelmed by customers. The manager has always been andstill is professional and courteous. Maybe this is a regular thing with Starbucks now since any recently remodeled stores Ihave been to, the staff has had poor attitudes. Read more

Always slow and drinks are literally never right. Every time I give them a try, they always disappoint.
Dated design and odd lay out, hardly any seating inside and none outside. It is very close to the entrance to the 22 freeway.... Has a drive through and small dedicated parking lot. Read more

Worst Starbucks!!! Ordered a strawberry Frappuccino for my daughter and they gave me a half stirred strawberry mixture that... tasted horrible. When I tried to go in the store to get a new one they wouldn?t open the doors. For some reason they were onlytaking drive thru orders. They had five cars in line I just left with out getting my money back or being able to re-order. Don?tspend your money here it sucks! Read more
