I absolutely love this store! I go out of my drive routine to specify come here. The staff is always super nice, helpful and... upbeat. Drinks are always on point whether I ask for a usual or an unusual custom drink. The very few times I have not beensatisfied I've expressed the issue and the drinks was remade. NOT a dine-in, employees removed tables and chairs from inside. Not sure if this is usual, and if they're only doing it because... it's raining today and they don't want to mop later then they should just close their doors. I've been coming here for a few years now. I have always enjoyed the service, as well as the product. The quality of the drinks... I would get from the Starbucks used to be wonderful however I don't know what has happened the drinks and the service areabsolutely terrible! My coffees Are watered down and taste horrible. The lady who rang me up today was so angry and annoyed ThatI asked for her to have my drink remade as I ordered a cold brew with foam on top and the drink was completely white. I'm sorryI want to taste the cold brew not just the foam. So when they gave me my second drink it looked exactly how it should, the coldbrew on the bottom in the foam floating on top. As soon as I took a sip the cold brew again was completely watered down. Becauseof how annoyed they were I asked them to make my drink I almost wondered if they purposefully watered it down. LOL so sadly Ihad to dump my drink and go to Dunkin' Donuts right next to them where I got an amazing cup of coffee that was great. Sadly Iwill never be coming back to the Starbucks even though I've been coming here for a few years.I always usually had a wonderfulexperience and now the staff is awful and the drinks are absolutely terrible. This Starbucks location is great for what it is. It?s basically a drive through or walk up window with a little outside seating.... The umbrellas don not cover a much so on a hot sunny day I don?t recommend at all. They have restrooms. There is no insideseating. Great location! The drive through line can get backed up though. They don?t have an in store lobby, you order from the window or... you can do the drive through. Good place near other malls. Ordered ahead to save time. It was a good call because there was a long line of cars for... drive-through. But they have a few spots to park right next to the building, and there are huge parking lots right in theproperty, so no need to worry about parking when you pick up. I got a coffee traveler's today, and it was perfectly ready. Chosethe blonde thing (neither dark roast nor medium), and the taste was great. Not like regular Starbucks taste.
