Normally the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a works car wash that I purchased and it expired. I had tried to use it a... couple times previously and the car wash had a cone in front of it to indicate closed. I went to ask for a reprint like I had todo before when that happened. The person behind the counter was abrasive and said his manager had to be contacted. I asked forthe name of the manager and he told me that was personal information and if I didn't like it not to come back. Horriblecustomer service. What a bad way to treat customers! Read more
No restroom for customers. I would have bought a Red Bull but I don?t give money to businesses who provide no bathroom... especially for female customers like myself who have to go really bad!! Will never stop here again. Read more

Not sure why people are giving them poor reviews.. I seriously will drive an extra 5+ miles JUST FOR THIS STORE! The food is... always fresh & if they dont think it's up to standard (even if I do!) they cook fresh stuff. The manager is always mopping & aclean store is important to me (considering i'm a caterer & Health inspections are very common for me). There is a 7-11 about 11/2 blocks away from me.. I will NOT go there.. I wait until i'm heading in this direction. GREAT customer service!! Read more
I only put one star to be able to write a review. I wouldn't even give this place one star. Staff is horrible, takes at least 5... minutes to run everything through the register, and can't communicate with the customers. They are super slow, place is dirtynot very well kept. Read more
Poor customer service. Refused to switch a spoiled $2 chocolate milk for my son because it wasn?t purchased from their store - I... needed to drive 10 mins back to the store of purchase. No where on my 7-11 receipt does it say returns and exchanges onlyallowed at store of purchase. Store manager couldn?t be bothered and clearly didn?t consider me a customer. Always have hot food on hand and the location itself is in a great neighborhood with friendly service.
