Terrible experience with the drive through tonight and unfortunately, we won't be back to this location. I understand that the... place just lost some staff but if you need to train that many people, you should close the facility down for a hiring andtraining spree and then reopen. Taking 35 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive through is unacceptable. The quality of theburgers was good but everything else was not good... fries over salted and with terrible flavor, awful and soggy mozzarellasticks, and a diet coke that tasted as though it had 3 drops of soda syrup in it total. I hope you take these reviews seriouslyand make changes or else I would not be surprised to see this location close down in the near future. Read more

Put in a breakfast order and the order was cancelled after 45 minutes. It's really rude to cancel an order that late after it... was submitted. If I wasnt hungry before now I'm ravenous and in a bad mood . Stop cancelling orders! Read more

If Michelle isn?t the manager of this location she should be, she was running the whole location like a freaking bad b**, it was... packed and the drive thru had a line and she was just slinging orders left and right I could barely see her she was runningaround so damn fast. And the best customer service I?ve ever ever ever received at a BK. Michelle should run the whole companytbh Read more

The drive thru person was really rude while I was ordering, seemed annoyed that I was purchasing so much. When I asked to use my... rewards code he let out a giant sigh and said he would have to rering everything and started to storm away from the window, Istopped him and said "nevermind, I didn't realize it was a hassle". He then proceeded to slam things around and was visuallyangry and not very polite. I had to ask him twice for sauce and straws and that just put him over the top apparently as his bodylanguage continued to show anger and annoyance. This person should NEVER work with customers. I never even got my receipt. Tomake matters worse, he messed up my order, of course! I'm assuming he messed up the person's order behind me as well because weended up with their food and half of our ordered food. The onion rings were literally burnt black! I'll never eat at Burger Kingagain unless corporate starts taking their food and employee choices seriously. Read more

Guys don?t bother going here. Waited forever to order ? the manager? didn?t get my order correct. She never restated what I got,... their screen was of course broken and when I checked my order I said I was missing chicken fries she argued with me I didn?torder it but ordered two onion rings which did not happen. No customer service she argued I didn?t order it and I left never toreturn after fourth generation patronage to this location. Read more

Honestly, I was going to pull away before I decided to check in the drive through whether they were open or not. There were no... lights on in the parking lot, or on the outside of the building. And when I mentioned it to the cashier he didn't seem botheredby it at all. The food was good as usual, but it was just really odd that they had absolutely no lights outside. Read more

Update: Came in this morning to have a ... let's say brunch, and no one was at the counter. The man in front of me and I waited... far too long until the manager finally stuck his head around and said we had to use the self-service kiosks or we couldn'torder. I decided I'd go somewhere else. Look, I'm not against technology or automation, but the use of such should be optionalnot mandatory. ________________________________________ Stopped in here because the app had a decent deal going on and I washungry. The people (behind the counter) were nice and my food came out quickly (enough) but there were some problems: [1] Myfries were way too salty. So salty, in fact, I had to tap them on the table to shake some salt off. They were nearly crystalizedin the stuff like someone was saving them for nuclear winter or something. When I brought the over-saltiness up with one of theemployees she merely responded with, "yeah, that happens sometimes." [2] My Whopper was severely lacking in veggies. One of thereasons I prefer Burger King over McDonald's is that the Whopper comes with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Or, at least it'ssupposed to. This Whopper had tomatoes, a token bit of lettuce and sort of like a certain President of ours was missingsomething decent . The sandwich brought to mind the old ad campaign: where's the beef? Is the Whopper supposed to have pickles?I certainly didn't see/taste any. [3] Icee fountain broken. :( [4] Self-service soda fountain broke. Sure they filled my cupbehind the counter but I asked for Cherry Coke and can't recall any cherry flavor. It tasted like Coke. [5] Cleanliness. Theyseriously need to clean the place. I'm talking about a top to bottom clean where not only the tables and chairs get wiped downbut the walls, window sills and everything else. I'm no neat freak but when all the tables are covered in someone else's leftovers it's kind of hard to enjoy your vegetable-less Whopper and overly salted fries. Read more
