Chipotle is my jam, and burrito is my diet. That being said, this particular location is garbage. 3 times over the past year... I've arrived to pick up an online order only to be told that someone had apparently stolen my food before I arrived. Who arethese burrito banditos?! Seems a bit fishy, the real answer might be "we're horribly managed and our online ordering system isregrettable at best". I always have to make the staff aware, and they're kind enough to finally deliver my burrito to me a mere20 minutes later. Won't be coming back. Read more

I ordered online for a pickup. Went to the restaurant, picked up the bag that said my name. Took it home. Turns out I got the... completely wrong order. It was someone else's order! Called the restaurant to complain about it, and there automated answeringservice, forced to to text message another automated service from the confirmation email I got. Their phone system wouldn't letme speak to someone, because that would interupt them from making food! They sent me an emailed offer as a concession. It was abuy 1 get 1 offer. So instead of offering to fix their mistake and redo my order, they are like, "we'd love to get your orderright next time but first we want you to pay for another order first!" Very frustrating! Expect your online order portion sizes to be half the quantity you would expect them to be or none at all. I?ve ordered on the... app over and over hoping that maybe it was one person who messed the order up or something but no, instead they cheat you out ofyour food especially on the protein. Always big portions if you get a salad bowl! This is a double meat chicken! Ask for a tortilla on the side and make your own.... That way you use half of the bowl in the tortilla and can have leftovers for the next day. We always get chicken here. Read more
