Been coming here for years. Quality has gone down consistently in the last few months. The burrito builders are new and don't... know what they're doing. My scoop of chicken was very stingy, had to ask the online order guy to give me more. My kid had to eathis burrito with a fork because it was wrapped so badly. Chips were stale, not the first time that happened. They're always outof something, today it was fajita veggies and the promotional protein. This place makes me so mad. We?ve been coming to this location on and off for 3 years because it?s the only one near us. We... have issues every single time we come here so I don?t know why we keep coming back. Tonight was the final straw. We did amobile order at 5 PM exactly, went to pick it up at 5:20 and only 1 of 2 of our bags were there. They said that someoneprobably stole the other one and they would remake the food, which we were very happy about. That was until they put our ticketat the very end of all of the mobile orders and refused to do our food until they did everybody else?s mobile order. Keep inmind that we had already placed our order and it was already 20 minutes past our pickup time so I don?t know why they put us atthe back of the line. We did not get our food until 6:20 PM. The worst part is when we went back up to find out what was takingso long, they said they already made it and it was sitting on the shelf?.cold. What a horribly run place! I would skip coming here if you want all the food you pay for. The food tasted good but the staff is clearly not trained on the... proper serving size! They were not even giving half scoops of rice and meat and maybe a quarter of what other Chipotles give forthe salsas! The chip bags have about half the normal amount of chips in it. I normally have my burrito bowl for lunch anddinner, I ate it all and do not feel satisfied. This place was definitely a waste of money!!! Read more

Poorly run Chipotle. Out of white rice and Coke-Cola, line out the door, only one person running the line and one at the cash... register while 3 are on the take-out line and 4 in the back. Update: Filled our the feedback form that the ?Chipotle Owner?sent, no response. Update: 5/5/21 Went back to visit and see if things had improved. The line was wrapped around again and onlytwo people on the main line and a cashier. Within about 10m of waiting, they brought two more to the main line. Kudos. However,I ordered a burrito with double chicken. At the end the tortilla ripped, that happens. But how they solved it was getting a newtortilla, and only pouring out 1/2 of the contents from the original burrito. So that extra chicken ($) I paid for, into thetrash. The cashier said nothing and I was still asked to pay for the extra chicken. Tired of this location making the orders wrong. It?s fine if I go in but online orders are often wrong. This was missing half... the ingredients. Apparently need to check each item before you leave. Staffing is a poor excuse. Other restaurants are findinga way and getting things right. Read more

This location has serious problems with cleanliness. I have avoided this location for over 6 months and just decided to give it... another try. They can clearly see the dirty tables, empty napkin dispensers, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, food on thefloors and around the register. When asking staff to clean a table off they roll their eyes. Granted staffing is a challengeand this location gets lots of high school kids that make a mess, but the staff doesn't care to keep it clean. Stopped by this location today for the first time and was extremely disappointed in our visit. My sofritas bowl had so little... rice in there that it tasted like I was eating a salsa bowl. I asked for extra rice too. Awful portions. Everything looked likeit had been sitting or was old and cold. WILL NEVER RETURN Read more

I door dashed my order and the burrito was so small with no protein. More tortilla then anything else. Disappointed. Won?t door... dash from there again. I guess if your not there watching them make it, they skimp on the food. Read more
