Always delicous (can be too sweet) and our family enjoys Coldstone as our special treat, not an everyday thing. However, the... place smells of souring milk and service is never particularly great at this location. We usually visit in the evening hours.The teenagers working were doing their best, but needed to be aware of the growing line, and realize it was time to cut offgroup of teenage boys getting so many samples. The last boy in particular even got his last sample "to go" while finally placingan order. An adult on staff, or better training by mgmt, could have made sure to be courteous of evryone waiting and cut him offpolitely instead of giving him samples of half the flavors with a line out the door. Maybe this is something common to ice cream in America... but real ice cream doesn't come in bright neon colours, and doesn't... taste so sweet as to be sickly. The ice cream here is very clearly stuffed full of artificial colours and sweeteners (I'mguessing high-fructose corn syrup since that seems to be in everything sweet in this country). Again, maybe this is an Americanthing, but if you've had real ice cream, you'll know it shouldn't look and taste like this. Read more

I don?t rate food industry but here we go. Absolutely horrible. I got it delivered and was a shake by the time I got it and... wasn?t a complete order, that I had ordered. Literally right up the street. Yes I use Grubhub but for it to take over an hourto get to me. Was absolutely ridiculous. What was 20 mins took way way to long to get to me and delayed several times. I got mymoney back thanks to Grubhub but will not order from here again. I do order ice cream a lot but this was seriously the worstexperience. Never again! Sorry not sorry! Read more

Great experience. We have food allergies in the family and the employees were super helpful and conscientious towards keeping... the non dairy ice cream separate. Lots of outdoor seating. Would definitely recommend. Would just be nice if they had moregluten free/non dairy options like Hagen Daz. Read more
