The staff are always so nice. Love the people, but this Dunkin is sooooo slow. I think it's understaffed. The car line moves so... slow and the line inside is even worse since it seems like they prioritize the drive through. Starbucks moves so much fasterwhich is a shame cause I prefer Dunkin. Read more
Accidentally grabbed the wrong coffee! Oops! Staff was very friendly and attentive and fixed it right away. The croissants go... quick but they will substitute sourdough, bagel, or English muffin. Coffee was the perfect temperature as well. Love cominghere! Read more

I was told to pull around for the second of my two items I ordered in the drive thru, and it would be brought out. Other orders... were brought out, more cars passed through, so I ask inside after a while and it's sitting next to the drive thru window, cold.Maybe an isolated event, but I was not thrilled.
